<p>To start the OSAA 2025-26 High School Basketball season for this special group of Student/Athletes, an Elite Showcase player development session was held at the University of Oregon (McArthur Court) on November 15th, 2025, featuring some of the best-ranked players in Oregon. Everyone who participated in this session is a college prospect and has displayed the talent, gifts, and tools to play some form of college basketball following graduation, whether JuCo, NAIA, DIII, DII, & D1. </p>

<p>For the class of (2027), which featured 4-ranked players in Oregon, and 1 in the Top 45 (#43, #119, #136, #139), the three players from this class shall make an impact on their teams. Each one represented their families, school team, and communities well while showcasing their passion for the game in this team-oriented afternoon event.</p>

<p><strong>R#43 - 6'4” (G) - [player_tooltip player_id='2134770' first='Elijah' last='Gabriel'] (South Eugene)</strong></p>

<p>Had a solid day at the McArthur court, received a few “MVP' votes, named to the Top7 All-Star Team, after producing a ”Double-Double.” 18 points and 10 rebounds, along with four assists, one steal, and the 3rd leading scorer in the event. A talented guard rebounding off the defensive boards and leading his team into the transition game. In the half-court set, he's a physical, creative slasher attacking the basket, draws fouls to get to the free throw line, and facilitates are his contributions to a team. As he gains this season's experience at the PG position, he will be in the Top 20 discussions going into his senior year. Athletically, he also had some nice dunks in the “SlamJam-Dunk Competition.”</p>

<p><strong>R#139 - 6'0” (G) - [player_tooltip player_id='2956577' first='Harper' last='Healy'] (Sheldon)</strong></p>

<p>The newcomer continues to soar within the basketball community and make a name for himself with his multidimensional team talents. Like a “swiss” army tool capable of fulfilling whatever the team needs, he rests his hat on defense, hustle, running the lanes, cutting, setting screens, rebounding, and shooting as he displayed at the event, being 1 of the 9 players who reached double figures, he had 10 points. In his recent high school loss, he scored 23 of his team's 42 points in a loss to Lincoln. He will continue to surprise! Not bad for a young man who wasn't on any high school roster his freshman year, 2023.</p>

<p><strong>R#119 - 6'7” (F) - [player_tooltip player_id='3037270' first='Tahvo' last='Pool'] (North Medford)</strong></p>

<p>A very interesting player with an abundance of talent! He is one year away from transforming into the beginning phase of “Dominating” a game physically and skillfully! Has the tools to evolve into a very solid basketball player en route of preparations for the college level, which is where we believe he will peak. He displayed the type of talent that could statistically be in every category in the game of basketball. Showed shot blocking potential, athleticism, running lanes, screen setting, rebounding, shooting, and scoring.</p>
