Bullie is an intriguing new name for me, and I'm eager to see more of his game and development. As a 6'8 prospect on the court, he brings tremendous length and impact to the floor. Offensively, he moves and runs the floor extremely well, being comfortable operating from a variety of areas but also using his long wingspan to his advantage on the glass and touch around the basket. Defensively, he walls up well, makes himself long, and is disruptive overall. Bullie showed that he could be an effective scoring option with potential in the games. I watched this fall. Bullie averaged 7 points and 7 rebounds a game in the Capitol Hoops Summer.

Watching Mabone at the Challenge in November he made it clear that he is going to be one of the go-to options for Seneca Valley this year, and he impressed me with what he was able to show. A smaller yet quick and crafty guard, he was able to dictate where he wanted to go, attacked downhill consistently, scored from multiple levels from the floor, and played with confidence. Loved his ability to get by defenders and get paint touches consistently but mixed it up well from the perimeter also.

[player_tooltip player_id='3037161' first='Jamari' last='Hoes'] is a 6-foot-2 prospect in the Class of 2026. Between his creation instincts, defensive prowess, and well-rounded skillset, he found several ways to impact the game. Hoes is a quick, wiry guard who can initiate the offense or play without the ball. He's a willing passer-by and capable of scoring threat from all levels. Hoes knows how to move without the ball but is arguably better when dictating the action. He's also a pesky defender who plays passing lanes well to force turnovers at a nice rate.

Malach Delaware is a 5-foot-10 prospect in the Class of 2027. Whether running the team or playing without the ball, he found ways to make an impact. Delaware is a quality creator, both for himself and others, who mixes it up effectively as a scorer from all levels. He's a reliable perimeter shooter but arguably at his best when he gets downhill and finishes at the basket. Delaware is a smart decision-maker and willing passer-by who plays with terrific effort. Malachi is a very solid guard who knows how to pick his spots. Understands how to pick apart the defense with his pace when attacking. Does a great job of getting to the midrange area. Knocks down jumpers well as a shooting threat. Willing on-ball defender. Knows how to make his presence felt on the defensive end. Complete floor general. Malachi led the Screaming Eagles in scoring averaging 10 points a game in the Capitol Hoops Summer League.

Given the way St. Clair affects all facets of the game, it's difficult to say anything other than positives about Cam. He's a smart, athletic, solid guard who highlights the ability to do a little bit of everything on the court. St. Clair creates for himself and others, applied efficient scoring pressure from all levels (Shot 42% from the 3pt line in the Summer League), and shuts down opponents defensively. He also rebounds very well for his size/position. Next in his development process is working on his ability to move without the ball, as it would make him a more complete player. Very coachable. Displays excellent strength and knows how to play through contact on both ends of the floor. Terrific at getting downhill and making the extra pass.

A young underclassmen to keep an eye on. Lopez in his minutes that was provided showed he can attack anytime he has the ball in his hands and elevated over smaller defenders with his pull-up jumper. The boosted strength also helped with his quick hands on the defensive end, which will always help to get more playing time this year in the always competitive 4A Montgomery County Region.

A confidence 2027 prospect from the second that he stepped on the floor this summer, Tylei brought that type of energy to the hardwood in summer league play. Averaged 7points, 3rebounds and 1 assist game this summer at the Capitol Hoops League. A straight-up driver who can push the ball up the floor in a hurry, can finish with creativity at the rack due to deceleration moves, and will constantly throw defenders off with his change of pace.
