A prospect who produced on the EYBL circuit with good positional size as a wing forward and a smooth shooting stroke committed to a Big 10 coach who spent his last few seasons in Texas seeing Brown up close, I'm not sure why Brown isn't appearing on national rankings lists besides Prep Hoops right now. While he still needs to develop his body to handle the physicality of the Big 10, Brown's shooting and experience on the EYBL circuit should have him prepared for college practices and understanding how to play within a system. If Brown has a big senior season with Lufkin, a top Texas high school program, I could see him getting added to other national rankings lists before it is all said and done.

Winning breakout MVP of the 3SSB circuit, Anderson was a standout for Jalen Green Elite this summer averaging 19 points and 9 rebounds a game while also averaging over one block and one steal. That type of production is hard to find on major shoe circuits as Anderson's combination of size, scoring touch, rebounding and defensive impact pops when you watch him and on the stat sheet. Committed to Oregon State, Anderson could have the chance to make an instant impact at the college level.

One of the most productive players on the UAA circuit this summer, Fiedler was another player spotlighted by The Circuit during grassroots season awards, naming Fielder to the UAA first team. I love the fact that Fiedler is going to a powerhouse in-state mid-major program in the Colorado State Rams. Colorado State has been producing guys who either perform at all conference levels in the Mountain West, transfer up to high major programs or go straight to the NBA. I think Fiedler could be next in line as his physicality on the interior could allow him to fight for early minutes. In general I absolutely love the recruiting class Colorado State has in 2026 as the Rams have targeted some high performing players from major grassroots circuits.

Committed to Penn State, White has been climbing up the Prep Hoops rankings in Illinois and finds himself in second behind only Lincoln Williams. White was a back-to-back Peach Jam champion with Brad Beal Elite and checks multiple athletic boxes as well as playing with a high motor. I'll be curious to see if White gains any more attention nationally as East St Louis should play in some marquee games in the Midwest this winter.

A prospect who flat out wins and produces, I've been higher on the Ellis brothers for a long time now because they are real basketball players who prioritize winning and aren't just hooping for the cameras. Moravian Prep has been one of the most dominant high school teams in the country with the Ellis brothers running the show and this summer Ellis and company dominated UA Rise competition to win the championship. Ellis does have some questions in terms of his physical profile going to the SEC but I'm done doubting the production that Ellis shows and his elite basketball IQ and toughness will give him a chance to play.
