High IQ player that impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Knock down shooter that got hot and was practically unguardable. Was able to score from all over the court. Hit back to back threes and instead of a heat check, he drove a close out from the left corner for a bucket inside. Scrappy on-ball defender with good length, he was able to create turnovers and play out in the open floor where he thrives in space. Quick first step on his drives gets him into the rim where his underrated athleticism takes over and he's able to finish in a variety of different ways. The three-point shot is coming around. He shoots it with confidence, but is still an area for improvement. Played at his own pace and under control. Was really good in the pick and roll turning the corner hard. Once he got two feet in the paint he made the right reads for himself and his teammates. He has a strong frame that can take contact and he has a crafty finishing package around the basket. Defense he's active on the ball with quick hands and feet. The lengthy wing has always been considered a good three-point shooter the the evolution of his floor game is what's taking his game to a whole new level. Today he showed he was comfortable putting the ball on the floor and scoring in the midrange. Crafty handle with the ability to rise up over defenders and finish with a soft touch. He did a good job getting downhill and finishing aggressively at the rim. Once the defense played him for the drive he opened up the three point shot. Big bodied 6'6” forward [player_tooltip player_id='2889350' first='Luke' last='Richardson'] was a beast on the glass in the both ends of the floor playing with an extremely high motor. Defensively he did a good job communicating from the back line and being a help defender on drives. He stayed vertical and was a solid rim protector all day. He ran the floor well from rim to rim and carved out space on the blocks for post position and showed he could score in a variety of different ways around the basket. Aggressive right hand driver with a quick first step. He was able to get all the way to the basket and finish over the top of guys using his length to his advantage. Showed a promising three-point shot and intriguing court vision. Plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor.
