It is time for our annual Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class series. We have been doing this since the early years of PHI and it allows us to combine the sophomore, junior, and senior rankings to get an overall view of the talent in the state. Remember these are PROSPECT RANKINGS not necessarily what they will do this high school season. It is a long-term look! Here are prospects #46-#50!

#46 [player_tooltip player_id='2839970' first='Jordan' last='Williams'] (Fremd – 2026)

Last Year's Ranking: NR

Williams breaks into the overall top 50 after a strong summer which saw him elevate his game and recruiting stock. The Illinois State commit is a face up four that has ball skills being able to deck it, push in the open floor, slash, and pass.

#47 [player_tooltip player_id='1552436' first='Karson' last='Thomas'] (Marist – 2026)

Last Year's Ranking: #40

Thomas is a key piece for a Marist team that has state aspirations this season. Powerfully built wing that brings a physicality on the perimeter. He is a big time downhill slasher putting pressure on the rim. Defends multiple positions and is a quality perimeter defender.

#48 [player_tooltip player_id='2426366' first='Cooper' last='Knowles'] (West Hancock – 2026)

Last Year's Ranking: NR

Knowles is all about upside. We saw him as a junior show a lot of promise as a bouncy post that posted a near triple double in one of our evals of him. Plus rebounder and rim protector with his athleticism on both ends. Quick and fluid finisher in the paint.

#49 [player_tooltip player_id='1874810' first='Jayden' last='Riley'] (Yorkville Christian – 2026)

Last Year's Ranking: NR

Riley is a tough as nails lead guard who has excellent handles. He has the ability to create off the dribble for crafty layups along with setting up his pull up jumper. Quality passer as well that makes very good decisions with the ball and is scrappy on the defensive end.

#50 [player_tooltip player_id='2125660' first='Lamari' last='Carpenter'] (Glenbard North – 2027)

Last Year's Ranking: NR

Carpenter is a smooth shooting guard from Glenbard North that is primed for a big season. Three level scorer that can get his own shot off the bounce with pull up jumpers and sweeping drives. Also excels in transition game.
