<p>One of the more electrifying preseason events on the fall calendar, MADE Hoops Northeast Preview returned for another year to King of Prussia, PA and without a doubt did not disappoint. With several dozen teams from all across the Northeast region competing against each other, a boatload of New Jersey prospects stood out throughout the first day of action. With that being said, let's dive into some prospects that turned heads during Saturday's action.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">A savvy and poised ball handler who possesses a tight and confident handle in combination with a good feel for the game, [player_tooltip player_id='2342600' first='Terrance' last='Traylor'] was effective at controlling the game from the point guard position. Traylor is a guard who's quick off the bounce and used that ability to get in the paint at a highly effective rate, drawing contact and generating ample trips to the free throw line. Traylor showed good touch around the basket with a number of crafty floaters and layups. A natural floor general, Traylor also showed an instinctive ability for setting his teammates up for clean scoring opportunities all over the court. </p>

An overall smooth and dangerous shot maker, Rodriguez showed deep range three point shooting ability with his smooth and effortless shooting release paired with the confidence to consistently be a threat as soon he crossed half court.</p>

Utilizing his excellent court vision, Hargrove exhibited a natural ability to be a decisive and accurate distributor of the basketball and get his teammates involved in the offense. Hargrove also demonstrated his ability to be an off ball shot maker from the perimeter while also mixing in a few mid range pull ups. </p>

Nwaigwe got downhill particularly in transition, out of face up opportunities in the half court, and off flex cuts in Piscataway's offense. Nwaigwe mixed up his finishes at the rim with craftiness in traffic evading defenders and with strength through contact as well as a couple above the rim finishes. </p>

Reevey impressed as a defensive anchor altering and blocking shot attempts at the rim and crashing the glass and coming down with rebounds. Reevey also flashed his low post scoring converting on a number of opportunities on the block highlighting his ability to catch, make a move, and finish. Reevey also thrived off activity— rim running in transition and finishing with authority and generating second chance opportunities on the offensive glass.</p>

Mauro buried a number of open looks from three point range, highlighting his dangerous shooting ability off the catch. Mauro also looked extremely comfortable as an additional ball handler, initiating offense and making smart and decisive decisions with the ball in his hands, both in the open floor and in half court offense. </p>

Nwobu was effective as a floor general— setting the table for the offense and making decisive and instinctive decisions. Nwobu also used good change of pace to get in the paint and finish with different floaters and layups around the basket while also thriving as a spot up perimeter shooter. </p>
