About Lovely: Lovely is a shifty lead guard who plays with a ton of confidence. He's able to get to his shot off the dribble seemingly whenever he wants, has range well beyond the high-school line, and is a gifted playmaker who sees the floor well and loves to set his teammates up for success. He's a high-level ball-handler and shot creator who is also a menace on the defensive end, utilizing his speed and quick hands to his advantage. He's a true leader on the hardwood on both ends of the floor and will be the focal point for a Treynor team that will be among the best in Class 2A.

Why he can win Mr. Basketball: Treynor will enter the season as one of the top teams in Class 2A, and if they're able to reach Championship Friday, a very realistic goal heading into the 2025-26 season, Lovely will be the biggest reason why. He'll be coming from a part of the state that doesn't have many other candidates, and he has a chance to put up some pretty incredible numbers during his senior year.
