In this article, I'll be highlighting five early impressers who truly stood out to me to set the tone of the type of day it was going to be.

[player_tooltip player_id='2556849' first='Brayden' last='Jones'] is a guard from the TACA Storm prep program that is a skilled shooter from all three levels, but he truly shines from the perimeter. He was on target against New Wave Academy, making multiple attempts. When orchestrating the offense, I appreciated his patience in the pick and roll as he made smart decisions after screens were set for him. Brayden's impressive speed with the ball often allowed him to drive downhill, where he would finish with layups or set up his open teammates with on target passes. The Lamar University commit is well-suited to adapt to the D1 level and make a significant impact as a guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2854188' first='Tyson' last='Heard'] out of TACA Storm is a guard that likes to get to his spots with the ball in his hands where he capitalizes in getting on streaks. Throughout his game against New Wave Academy, he hit plenty of open spot up perimeter shots off the catch and dribble creating these opportunities in different offensive situations. I liked his effort showing he was willing to do the little things to impact the game. At times Tyson got into the paint for offensive rebounds keeping possessions alive for TACA Storm. The University of Texas at Dallas commit is a high-level prospect at the guard position.

[player_tooltip player_id='2854586' first='Austin' last=''] Senters is a standout player from TACA Storm, was a prolific scorer who thrived in the paint. His explosive athleticism allowed him to finish through contact frequently, putting immense pressure on the New Wave Academy paint defenders. Within the half-court, [player_tooltip player_id='2854586' first='Austin' last='']'s burst of speed from the free-throw line to the basket created numerous scoring opportunities. On both ends of the court, he hustled on the boards, making himself a formidable presence in the paint. [player_tooltip player_id='2854586' first='Austin' last='']'s defensive versatility, capable of guarding multiple positions on all three levels, made him an invaluable asset to both sides of the court.

Jax New Wave Academy was one of the best perimeter shooters I watched during the GASO Prep Fall Tour. He capitalized on multiple opportunities when shooting from the perimeter. He's consistently ready to shoot the basketball off the catch, setting his feet right with good mechanics on his jump shot. Don't let him get comfortable from the perimeter, as he can knock down multiple shots in various offensive situations.

Parker McDaniel is a skilled shooter that consistently demonstrates his confidence and ability to score when open during games. When facing Legacy Sports Science, he maintained his composure and executed a high volume of shots, significantly contributing to South Central Prep's offensive success. Beyond his shooting prowess, Parker showcases his offensive versatility by getting in the lane for layups and effectively cutting downhill. His movement within the offensive flow, especially without the ball in the half court, further highlights his dynamic abilities.
