When facing Legacy Sports Science, he maintained his composure and executed a high volume of shots, significantly contributing to South Central Prep’s offensive success. Beyond his shooting prowess, Parker showcases his offensive versatility by getting in the lane for layups and effectively cutting downhill. His movement within the offensive flow, especially without the ball in the half court, further highlights his dynamic abilities.

Clear cut top shooter in the freshman class, with a strong claim to being the top overall shooter in Oklahoma. Torched the nets with LCS this winter. Then continued that while traveling with top Adidas program, Southern Assault. Cumulated with an invite to Team USA 16U team try outs last month. Putting him in rare status among recent Oklahomans to venture to Colorado Springs. Top tier movement shooter, with deep range and outstanding fundamentals.

Trends in basketball continue to swing toward skill and shooting, aspects that McDaniel excels in. Had multiple 20+ games because he can flat out fill it up from long distance. Has college ready range from three, with an outstanding understanding of off the ball movement. And an always ready to shoot mentality. Shooting is one of the best “superpowers” to have. After a super productive freshman campaign that concluded with a State Tournament run, he’ll get national exposure on the Adidas circuit. Has cemented his early status as the best shooter in the Class of 2028 and is now in the conversation for one of the best regardless of class. Already is a savvy mover off the ball, knowing how to set up defenders to make the most of screens from teammates. Seems to take the same shot every time, with good balance and repeatable form. Will get to his spots in the mid-range when ran off the line, and starting to put it together a driver. Already well on track to be a 2,000 career point scorer. A lofty mark for any Oklahoman.

Early pick for best pure shooter in the class. Silky touch on his jumpers from DEEP and in the mid-range, with high arcing shots that always look they’re going in. Great all around foundation, seems to have an early understanding of when to look for his shot and when to make the right play as a passer. Shooting will always keep him in the conversation, maximizing his athleticism and becoming more fluid in his movements will help him unlock his full potential.

Shooter! McDaniel is a textbook guard with a great fundamental base for a youngster. Has a huge rainbow arc on his jumper, with a soft splash at the rim. Plays smart on offense, didn’t seem in a hurry or forces shots. Will make an instant impact this winter as one of the top shooters in the 918 area, with the upside to continue to emerge into a complete scoring threat.
