At 6'6 with guard skills and a jump shot he is a tough matchup. Tony's best skill is creating shots for himself in the midrange and catch and shoot 3s. Tony is no slouch at the rim he will come down the lane and try to slam it on defenders. His strength, size, and touch around the rim make him a matchup nightmare, especially in 4A. Although he likes to post up, he has a nice handle and enjoys scoring in the midrange. He has good hands and is always ready for the drop-off pass in the lane. He is the definition of a workhorse, which is evident on the defensive end and rebounding. He has great length and is a force on the defensive end, constantly blocking shots. The big lefty has a nice-looking shot. He can face up, hit the midrange, and even make three-pointers. His potential is off the charts and will draw college interest. He has excellent footwork that allows him to score from multiple spots on the court, especially around the rim. On defense, he demonstrates great timing on blocks and is a strong rebounder. He finishes around the rim with high efficiency and has a nice jump hook with a soft touch. He sets good picks and is always ready for the ball on the roll. He uses his strength to his advantage, as he always posts up smaller defenders. He is a good offensive rebounder and a tough matchup for most West Valley teams. Standing at 6'3", he is dominant on the boards with a relentless attitude. He has a long wingspan, which he uses to block shots from the weak side. Karmello can hit the three-pointer but is most effective attacking the rim, where he finishes above the rim and through contact.
