The 2025 Prep Hoops Carolinas Freshman Showcase and Top 250 Expo were held in Rock Hill, South Carolina, on Saturday. This is one of the best days of the year because there were over 150 of the best prospects from North Carolina and South Carolina competing under one roof. Take a look at my Top 250 Expo Team 4 Evaluations:

#829 [player_tooltip player_id='2394115' first='Johnston' last='Abrams'] (Spartanburg) - Leading off the Team 4 Evaluations is one of my favorite Guards from the Prep Hoops Carolinas Top 250 Expo, [player_tooltip player_id='2394115' first='Johnston' last='Abrams']. Abrams did a great job of running the offense for this group, as he usually does, showcasing his passing, feel, and quickness with the ball in his hands.

#861 [player_tooltip player_id='2817200' first='Reece' last='Jackson'] (Richland Northeast) - Jackson made his presence felt as a slashing, off-ball Guard. After forcing turnovers and hauling in defensive rebounds, Reece always looks to push the pace and finish at the rim in transition. In the half-court, he does a nice job of playing angles on drives from the perimeter.

#920 [player_tooltip player_id='2958027' first='Griffin' last='McClain'] (Liberty) - Although he didn't have the ball in his hands a lot on the offensive end, Griffin stood out with his effort and was productive on the defensive end. He has active hands to create havoc, a sturdy frame to be able to hold up in the post, and looked to have solid effort on the glass.

#931 [player_tooltip player_id='2614011' first='Kiauj' last='Allen'] (Wilson) - Allen had a very impressive day in Rock Hill. He is a well-rounded wing with a strong frame, good bounce, and a high IQ. Kiauj excelled at playing off two feet when he gets to the cup or his spots in the mid-range, made some nice passes to boost his teammates, and set the standard with intensity on defense.

#942 [player_tooltip player_id='2958236' first='William' last='Ross'] (Denmark-Olar) - William was a very intriguing post who I saw for the first time at the Prep Hoops Carolinas Top 250 Expo. At 6'7", he has very good length, which allowed him to make an impact around the rim for Team 4. Be on the lookout for my 2027 Standout List for a deeper breakdown on Ross.

#945 [player_tooltip player_id='2125308' first='Beau' last='Brannon'] (Wren) - Brannon was one of the top three-point shooters in the gym on Saturday. He had seven made threes on the day, as well as a tough, fadeaway mid-range jumper in front of me. When you also factor in his length and athleticism, Beau is certainly a name for College Coaches to know out of South Carolina's 2027 Class.

#981 [player_tooltip player_id='2956049' first='Drew' last='Gallagher'] (Bishop England) - Rounding out my evaluations of Team 4 is [player_tooltip player_id='2956049' first='Drew' last='Gallagher']. Gallagher has a nice frame to him at 6'5". He was productive on the glass, but also displayed his offensive skill in the post and connected on a few threes.
