Today, we'll take a look at the Shooting Guards.

Checking in at the top is [player_tooltip player_id='2396741' first='Parrish' last='Edmond'] (#9). The Siena commit is an elite athlete that has the ability to be a disruptive, lockdown defender at multiple spots, while also showing the ability to score it at multiple levels.

Below are five more Shooting Guards of note from our rankings update:

Checking in at #41 overall and #8 among the shooting guards, Harris has a versatile skill-set that includes multi-level scoring. He's got good size for an off-guard and long arms, both of which benefit him offensively and defensively. He does a nice job of getting downhill off the bounce, finishes with athleticism around the rim, and is capable of scoring off the bounce in the mid-range. He can guard twos through fours and does a nice job of mixing it up on the defensive glass. He'll look to make noise this winter and has the tools to play at the scholarship level.

Checking in at #45 overall and #9 among the shooting guards, Reyes has elite positional size and should be one of the better perimeter shooters in the region this winter. Now pushing close to 6'8", he's able to get his shot off against almost any defender and does so with a quick release and deep range. He's a great mover without the basketball that knows how to use screens to get open, while also showing the ability to get to the rim and finish with his length. He can guard multiple positions and is willing to give up his body for loose balls - making plays that lead to winning. He's another scholarship prospect that should be a D1 player when it's all said and done.

Checking in at #164 overall and #34 among the shooting guards, Brigham is one of the better off-ball scorers in the MIAA. At 6'3", he has good size for the position, is a fluid mover, and knows how to create his own shots in isolation situations. He's in constant movement without the basketball, while also showing the ability to attack closeouts and finish at the rim with some creativity. He can really shoot it, has good feel as a decision maker, and doesn't cause the ball to stick offensively. AIC offered this summer and they might not be the last to pull the trigger, either way, he'll play competitive college basketball starting next fall.

Checking in at #231 overall and #46 among the shooting guards, Sullivan is athletic, competitive, and tough - traits that allow him to make a two-way impact on the basketball court. A standout on the gridiron, his toughness shines through as a driver that's willing to mix it up around the rim. He does a nice job of making plays off the bounce, has good burst in the open floor, and can make shots in catch and shoot situations. He rebounds well from the guard position and can defender any of three spots on the perimeter. He's going to be an attractive prospect for D3s throughout New England and should make a program at that level better.

Checking in at #233 overall and #47 among the shooting guards, Francis is a bigger guard that can score at multiple levels while impacting the game with his toughness and effort. A bit of an unknown coming out of the south shore in Massachusetts, he does a nice job of taking smaller guards into the paint, where he can score over them with his size. He's got deep range on his jumper and a quick trigger - he's the type of shooter that, when he sees one or two go through the net, could get hot in a hurry. He's another prospect that will be intriguing to college coaches in the area and could play himself into a higher level with a good season at Bridgton.
