Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of Class of 2029 forwards who caught our eye during our visit to the first day of the Ramey Fall League at Cardinal Ritter College Prep.

[player_tooltip player_id='2918969' first='Majok' last='Mayuen Kau'] (Principia): The 6'9" forward is one of the most impressive young players in the Fall League. He runs the court with ease and such grace that you don' realize how fast he is going. He was throwing down dunks and blocking shots throughout the evening game he played in. He also stepped out and knocked down a pair of mid-range jumpers from the baseline. His length and athleticism make him a big problem to deal with, but his motor makes him an even bigger one.

Kession Thomas (Chaminade): A 6'5" forward who has an impressive and versatile skill set on the perimeter and in the post. On one of his first possessions, he got a touch in the paint and scored on a jump hook over the left shoulder. He was also comfortable on the perimeter as he pulled up and hit a nice mid-range jumper off the dribble. He also displayed some shot-blocking ability on the defensive end side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2454494' first='Tylen' last='Hughes'] (St. Mary's): A 6'4" athlete who has a lively body and who plays with plenty of bounce and athleticism. He scores well around the basket and he can maneuver into the lane with a nice spin move off the dribble. He is a high energy player who was running the court at every opportunity.

Jackson Howell (Cardinal Ritter): A 6'3" forward who has a solid build for a young player. He also plays with good fundamentals. He made some nice cuts without the ball which resulted in him getting an easy layup. He rebounded the ball well and he was also sitting down and guarding people. He's an all-purpose player who did multiple things to help his team.

Mahkai Mills (Cardinal Ritter): A 6'3" forward who made a nice impression on me with his rebounding ability. He gave a good second and third effort on the offensive boards to get a putback. He is also a solid ball handler who was attacking the basket. He was able to score on a couple of tough drives in the lane.

Malik Blanks Adenekan (Belleville East): A 6''4 forward who plays a strong meat and potatoes game around the basket that is very effective. He battled hard inside for position and he did a good job of rebounding the basketball.

Henry Binkholder (Webster Groves): A 6'2" forward who played a very solid game and did a good job of playing within himself. He has good length and he handled the ball well and showed some playmaking ability. He was able to maneuver into the lane and he had a nice step-back turnaround jumper off the dribble.
