2026 Rankings Update: Top Wings

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The latest 2026 prospect rankings have been released by our PHI staff!&nbsp; Here we examine the best of the best at the wing positions!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2105360' first='Lincoln' last='Williams'] (Kankakee)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Williams retains his top spot in the rankings after a solid summer with Kankakee and then leading his team out of the EYCL to the Peach Jam recording a perfect regular season record.&nbsp; He had some big time performances we saw over the summer.&nbsp; The perimeter shot looked the best it has.&nbsp; He was a force in transition.&nbsp; When he locked in on the defensive end he was a monster.&nbsp; Has a chance to be a complete player this season for Kankakee!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1873523' first='Jamison' last='White'] (East St. Louis)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>White transferred over from Chaminade to the Flyers for his senior season and he took his game to new heights with his play.&nbsp; It started in June during the high school live periods where the big and strong wing athletically and physically dominated the competition with his combination of skill and power.&nbsp; Then in July he played a major role in Brad Beal Elite's Peach Jam title playing his role as a spot up shooter, rebounder, and defender.&nbsp; Recently committed to Penn State.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1552438' first='Mason' last='Lockett IV'] (Oswego East)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lockett is a silky smooth two guard that can get buckets with ease from just about anywhere on the floor.&nbsp; Feathery jumper that he can create on his own or knock in off the catch.&nbsp; Explosive in transition and can win off the bounce with smooth acceleration.&nbsp; We have been impressed with the growth in his game as a passer as well.&nbsp; Lockett has committed to DePaul.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2376270' first='Semaj' last='Stampley'] (Alton)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stampley is one of the best players in the metro east.&nbsp; The recent South Dakota State commit is a strong bodied scoring guard that can flat out get buckets.&nbsp; He uses his athleticism, strength, and body control to finish at the cup.&nbsp; Capable shot maker especially pulling up.&nbsp; Brings an intensity to the game that is so much fun to watch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1501486' first='Ben' last='Akoro'] (O'Fallon)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Akoro is a small forward that brings size and skill to the table.&nbsp; Lengthy wing that can get to his spots with his crisp handles.&nbsp; Loves to get in the 15-18 foot range for his jump shot.&nbsp; High level distributor as a wing that makes good decisions with the ball in his hands.&nbsp; Lot of upside as a two way wing!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
