Skilled guard that can shoot it from three along with shot fake on close outs for scores at the cup.&nbsp; Scrappy rebounder and gets loose in the open floor.&nbsp; Plays taller than size with good length.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3631983' first='Brayden' last='Graddy'] (Royalty Hoops)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Graddy had a big outing dropping 28 points in their first game of the event.&nbsp; The Mahomet Seymour 6'4” small forward has a thick body and moves pretty nimbly for his size.&nbsp; Smooth going coast to coast in the open floor along with converting tough layups through defenders in the paint.&nbsp; Flashed defensively with multiple blocks and steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Gabriel Kirkland (Royalty Hoops)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This 6'3” Champaign Central long and angular wing projects best as a wing defender at the next level.&nbsp; Really got after it on that end moving his feet, swiping steals, and blocking shots.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2492974' first='Gus' last='Reppert'] (Royalty Hoops)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Reppert is a 6'1” point guard from Monticello who is a crafty ball handler making plays off the bounce for himself and others dishing off live dribbles.&nbsp; Solid passer and capable three point shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Cyrow Childs (Royalty Hoops)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Childs was a monster in the second half of the game we saw.&nbsp; Peoria bouncy small forward popped with his explosiveness off the floor on both ends.&nbsp; Threw down a nasty lob dunk along with utilizing his quickness on the offensive glass.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3632069' first='Owen' last='Gruen'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fairfield 6'5” power forward had one of the best games we have seen on Friday evening as he was lethal with his spot up three point shooting.&nbsp; The Mules big man was popping in corner threes on the regular.&nbsp; Good strength and length play well round the hoop on the offensive glass and converts spinning layups at the cup being able to deck it off a shot fake.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2978085' first='Cameron' last='Curry'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Curry is a plus athlete from Marion that competes on the defensive end with his active hands and is willing to chase down a man in traffic for a LeBron block.&nbsp; What really stood out to us this weekend about him was how well he rebounds for a guard.&nbsp; You don't see many two guards fly in as consistently as he does both offensively and defensively to crash the glass.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2383848' first='Cameron' last='Roedl'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Liked what we saw from this 6'0” Cumberland point guard over the weekend.&nbsp; He pushed the pace in the open floor while having a clean shot from distance consistently knocking in a nice percentage from deep.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2384011' first='Bennett' last='Becker'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Becker had a big weekend for the Bears.&nbsp; The Breese Central small forward is going to get a nice bump in the next update after a strong event.&nbsp; Crafty left handed forward that knows how to use his strength to his advantage.&nbsp; Got in the lane finishing through defenders.&nbsp; Would back in weaker wings for post scores.&nbsp; Plus shooter off the catch from three and ran the floor very hard consistently in both games we saw.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2384238' first='Palmer' last='Renken'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Renken is going to need to carry a larger role for Nashville this year.&nbsp; Shot fakes for drives on close outs, can knock in a spot up jumper, and is a solid passer in the half court.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3576204' first='Owen' last='Beyers'] (Illinois Mavericks)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Beyers put his name on our radar as the Shelbyville 6'0” point guard has some burst and speed with the rock in his hands.&nbsp; Creative finisher that can stop and pop in the 15 foot range along with being a sound passer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2382372' first='Ace' last='Spinner'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2836391' first='Illinois' last='Warriors Elite'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Central A&amp;M wing has been on our radar for some time now.&nbsp; He is a strong framed guard that is best as a shooter as he had stretches in both second halves we saw where he was lights out from distance pouring in a plethora of threes especially off the catch.&nbsp; Can sneak in on the offensive glass as well, but biggest value is as a knock down shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2382373' first='Danterion' last='Knight'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2836391' first='Illinois' last='Warriors Elite'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Knight is a 5'11” point guard from Decatur MacArthur who had a breakout weekend.&nbsp; Quick and slick handling lead guard that got in the paint on the regular for acrobatic layups.&nbsp; Gets downhill with his burst and athleticism for layups, fouls, and did get up for one dunk.&nbsp; Passed it well on the move.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2822200' first='Lane' last='Eilerman'] (Southern Illinois Raptors)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Really like this 2027 small forward from Calhoun.&nbsp; He has grown and gotten stronger since we last saw him.&nbsp; The fluid athleticism is still there as he won off the bounce for sweeping explosive takes along with reverse layups.&nbsp; High level finisher in transition.&nbsp; Burst on his first step off the bounce in the half court blowing past his defender multiple times for scores.&nbsp; Has some passing flair as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2821846' first='Isiah' last='Laux'] (Southern Illinois Raptors)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Laux is a 5'11” point guard that has crisp handles creating for himself and others mixing in some floaters in the paint.&nbsp; Also is a capable three point shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2383975' first='Lucas' last='Bowers'] (Southern Illinois Raptors)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bowers had the moment of the event as the Vandalia strong bodied four man ripped the rim off the basket.&nbsp; No literally!&nbsp; Went up for a strong two handed slam and the rim came down in his hands.&nbsp; Small college gem that competes on the glass and defensively.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
