With 355 players, there is bound to be some new talent that was eventually going to be discovered.

There were 57 new players and here are some of the standouts that are not top-10 for position but are very good players in their own right.

Here are 7 newcomers from the last six months that are off the radar:

[player_tooltip player_id='2883785' first='Ethan' last='Sang'] Ben Franklin (Pictured)

The long wing forward came onto the scene at Section-7 under the bright lights. He was on junior varsity last year and he has grown a little and he is improving almost overnight with his defense, ball handling and scoring from all levels.

[player_tooltip player_id='2950036' first='Elijah' last='Adams'] Deer Valley

One of the toughest teams in state to play versus fits with [player_tooltip player_id='2950036' first='Elijah' last='Adams'] skill set. He is very strong and extremely cerebral and tough. He handles the ball well to create his own separation to score from inside and out. He can shoot the three plus he is a very good passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2949462' first='Carrington' last='Wright Jr'] Phhoenix Prep

A physical power forward who brings his hard hat to the court. He rebounds like a man and can score with plus post footwork. He can take a ball off the glass and push the pace and make a play for a teammate. He carves out space to score getting downhill or ripping thru.

[player_tooltip player_id='2948953' first='Yaseen' last='Chemsi'] AZ Compass Prep

A hybrid forward who plays both positions up front. He can even play some of the bigger guard role with his skills. He handles it well and will score it from the perimeter but loves getting downhill using his frame and decent burst while absorbing the contact.

[player_tooltip player_id='2883775' first='Dylan' last='Hayes'] ALA Ironwood

A long and lean power forward with skill and upside. He can face-up from mid to the three point line and he is a fluid mover from end to end. He will alter or block shots and once he gets stronger, his best basketball is ahead of him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2884398' first='Kingston' last='Campas'] Salpointe Catholic

Another breakout player at Section-7 was Kingston. He has great size for his position and he can facilitate for his teammates plus score it. He will shoot it from deep plus uses his size to get in the lane and score plus pull-up from mid-range.

[player_tooltip player_id='2949463' first='Ismael' last='Granados'] Premier Prep Tucson

A good sized wing forward works well from mid-range and in. He will score with downhill takes with longer strides and he uses the floater game plus hit the occasional three. He will defend multiple positions with real activity and a motor.

With 355 players, there is bound to be some new talent that was eventually going to be discovered.
