What prospects at the wing position across all classes emerged this summer putting themselves in the position to make a splash in our next rankings update? Here we examine some of the top players that did just that along with breaking down our thoughts on them from the event that they broke out!

Ethan MacDermot (Benet – 2026)

MacDermott provides Benet with a scrappy defender that can really shoot the ball. He did just that in the game we saw pouring them in from deep. Big time shot maker that will provide floor spacing for Benet.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617423' first='Luke' last='Robinson'] (Richmond Burton – 2026)

Robinson showed promise as a skilled and strong bodied combo forward at 6'4” that finishes around the cup with toughness along with being able to stretch with shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id='2890100' first='Brayden' last='Borrowman'] (Oswego – 2026)

Borrowman is a high level shot maker that impressed as a lethal shooter throughout the summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2437525' first='Joel' last='Paasch'] (Warren – 2026)

Really liked what we saw from this 6'4” shooting specialist from Warren. With Davis dishing out dimes Paasch is primed for a big season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2860531' first='George' last='Gray'] (Mt. Carmel – 2026)

Long and rangy wing that has tools to be a two way wing for the Caravan this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2864914' first='Osiris' last='Bell'] (Kenwood – 2027)

The 6'2” shooting guard is a slippery scorer that plays with speed getting to the rack in transition. He is best in an up and down game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2829613' first='Danny' last='Ruffin'] (Homewood Flossmoor – 2027)

Ruffin is a 6'0” strong bodied two guard that has bounce in his game. He displayed burst getting downhill and plays with strength through traffic. Also shot it with confidence making a couple of threes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2569185' first='Bryce' last='Bohnhoff'] (Dietrich – 2027)

Really liked what we saw from this Dietrich shooting guard at the National Open Championship. Has sneaky athletic pop throwing down a big dunk along with being a good transition player. Capable shooter and showed some instincts on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2881313' first='Isaiah' last='Rogers'] (Bolingbrook – 2027)

Rogers jumped off the floor in June. He is a long and lanky small forward at 6'5” that showed a lot of projectability as a fluid athlete with slick handles and defensive versatility.

Josh Hendrickx (Moline – 2027)

This 6'4” small forward has excellent positional size and can knock down shots at a high rate from beyond the arc. Also won on straight line takes when we saw him with Moline.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125636' first='Jackson' last='Snider'] (Wheaton Academy – 2027)

Snider is a nice second option for Wheaton Academy behind Schroeder. He is a good mid-range shooter that knocked them in at a high clip. Flashed some handles as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2532014' first='Logan' last='Brown'] (St. Laurence – 2028)

The 6'4” lefty has good size, strength, athleticism, and a clean looking shot. Active wing that flies in for offensive rebounds and is a factor in the open floor.

Bradley Markert (Brown County – 2028)

The Brown County rising sophomore has quality size as a 6'4” shooting guard that likes spinning layups off the bounce and getting out in transition for scores. Small high school guard will put up points for the next three years.

[player_tooltip player_id='2832367' first='Makhi' last='House'] (Marion – 2028)

House jumped on our radar at the National Open Championship. The 6'0” guard has good length and some projectability to continue to grow. Liked the motor and activity level that he brought on both ends of the floor. Posts up against weaker guards, gets in the lane for finishes, and is a quality rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id='2381552' first='Jenner' last='Pals'] (Effingham – 2028)

Pals is a plus shooter that brings toughness on the wing.
