Ruffin’s a super physical guard on Hoops4Health who uses elite upper-body strength to finish through tight windows attacking the rim. I love the explosive bounce and the strides he makes attacking the hoop which makes difficult conversion inside look significantly easier. A vocal leader with good communication skills and hustle on the other end of the floor. Can be a shooting guard but also a point.

Caught Ruffin’s H4H squad in early afternoon contest. He did an excellent job at running the point role. His quick first step allows him to get a leg on the defender in multiple facets. In the fast break phase, he excelled at speeding up tempo for pitch aheads or getting an outlet and immediately pushing up the floor. He brings along in his arsenal an adequate jumper with a pure release from mid range. Has a bull dog mentality once in the paint to bump off defenders and still fight his way through contact to convert. Serves as a competitor all around.
