UCAAG South (Blue) Team Report Class of 2029

The following report on the Blue Team's notable players from the Class of 2029 game cohort with significant national ranking potential over the next three years. This group may represent the most talented set of prospects overall. That took place at the Underclassmen All-American Game.    This quick, explosive guard consistently demonstrated the ability to penetrate defenses, using bursts of speed to get into the paint and create opportunities for himself and his teammates. With excellent vision and impressive passing skills, they proved to be not only a legitimate scoring threat but also an effective facilitator, contributing to the overall flow of the Blue Team's offense. Defensively, the guard showed a willingness to stay attached to their assignment, displaying notable effort and persistence. In the game, they finished with 9 points and delivered a series of outstanding assists, further highlighting their all-around impact on both ends of the floor.     Junbur is a wiry wing guard. Who demonstrated efficient performance on and off the ball, handled the ball effectively in space, and finished at the rim with strong execution. He also displayed technically sound jump shooting form. His defensive effort was evident throughout his play during the All-Star game, which was really noticeable and impressive.     Madouie, without a doubt was one of the prominent prospects from the Class of 2030, delivered a remarkable performance that stood out amongst players of all classes. He consistently dominated on both ends of the floor, leveraging his impressive athleticism to finish plays at the rim with force and authority. He displayed a strong ability to handle the basketball, using an explosive first step to penetrate defenses and reach his spots on the court with ease. While his perimeter game remains inconsistent at this stage, Madouie's dedication and work ethic suggest significant development in that area as he matures physically and continues to refine his skills. With his current trajectory, Madouie is poised to continue improving, and his high-level effort and commitment to growth set him apart as one of the top prospects at the event. Madouie was the leading scorer in the game with 17 points.     Jacori Thompson, representing the Grayson program, participated in the event and showcased a range of talents that distinguish him as a top prospect for the year. Standing at 6'7", Thompson is lauded for his remarkable athleticism, relentless activity, and strong physical presence. His versatility enables him to operate effectively both inside and on the perimeter. Thompson's performance at this event highlights his capability and explains his growing attention on a national level.     Long, rangy athlete who has shown flashes of a developing pass, dribble & shoot skillset at 6'7”. The 6'7” lefty plays the game with a lot of confidence. Constantly hits the boards, pushing the pace, collapsing the D + finding shooters, running the break w/ vision, touch passes, half-court bounce passes, and of course getting to the rim and using his quick off his feet ability to score at the rim. He blocks shots, ELITE instincts, uses his length to change the game defensively, dunks EVERYTHING, nonstop motor & amazing teammate.     Solid handles. Shifty moves off the dribble and was very adept at getting downhill. Showed an advanced ability to finish in traffic by either absorbing contact to create space or using the basket as a shield to finish on the other side of the rim. He showed some ability to be a 3-level scorer hitting shots from three or pump faking and hitting the mid-range, hitting a floater when the lane was clogged, and demonstrating craftiness around the rim.     Good looking versatile big guard impress with his ability to impact the game on both ends with his size. Has the ability to make 3's, off the dribble, catch, screen and picks. Solid decision maker in space and his ability to attack close out finishing with either hand thru contact is impressive. Rebounds like a big and shoots it like a guard.
