New Names 2027s that we want to see at the Expo

We're less than a month out from the Expo at Gold Crown on Sunday, September 13th. This is your chance to test yourself against 2026 & 2027 talent from across the state as we all head out under one roof. He is a competitor as a physical guard who gets after it. He pressures full court, anticipates where the offensive player is going, and makes them work. He also has a great feel offensively as a capable shooter, a crafty finisher, and he has a great handle. He also goes down and battles on the boards and will help Banning Lewis go this year off the bench. Would love to have him come out and compete and show that he's a small-school standout that should be getting more attention.      [player_tooltip player_id='2382298' first='Carter' last=''] is a player that I enjoyed watching at Colorado Live. He moves well for his size, can put the ball on the floor, and always looks as if he is trying to make things happen offensively. He's aggressive with the ball in his hands and moves without the ball. He was spacing the floor with his 3-point shot and made a couple of finishes and uses his body to battle inside and finish around the rim. He's versatile and a player that I can see making a jump this season for Broomfield, and it's time he put his name on the map. Coming to the event and dominating can do that for him.      If we know anything about Pueblo South for the past 6 years, it is that they develop guards. Vigil is a bit undersized, but that doesn't stop him from being productive. He's an extremely strong and athletic guard. He's a great on-ball defender and rebounder who keeps plays alive and the team's ball handler who uses his speed to blow by defenders. He has a solid mid-range pull up and he's a very confident player who demands attention. He is a player that can get his name out there, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to.      Ben is a player that we certainly want to see more of, as he is the team's best and most complete player. He's who opposing teams' gameplan for, and he still produces as he's an excellent scorer that can play off the ball and let it fly, but also gets to his spots and scores. He's 6'2 and uses his size to create mismatches. He shoots over smaller defenders, can create for himself off the dribble, and can play on and off the ball. He battles on both ends of the floor, is a great rebounder, and will be a player that will certainly turn some heads this season. We want to see him at the Expo in a couple of weeks to show that      Kai is a player who is starting to get more and more comfortable and will be an important part of the team this upcoming season. He's a versatile defender with good size at 6'2 and operates as the team slasher. He can finish at the rim or open up the offense by hitting the cutting lanes. He was a solid contributor as a sophomore for D'Evelyn and will have to be even better in his junior season. We want to see him at the event to get more looks of how his game is progressing, as we want to add him to the rankings this next go round.      Gebhardt is a junior who had a standout sophomore season and deserves a bit more credit. We want to see him in a showcase setting where he can show the type of guard he is. He will head into his junior year with high expectations as he put up 12.6 points a game and was named to the All-Conference team, but is still a relatively unknown player. That changes with a big showing on September 13th. Hope to see him there.
