On Sunday, August 24th, I attended Holy Cross' prospect camp at their campus in Worcester, MA. 40+ players were in attendance and there were recruitable players at ALL college levels. I'll be having coverage throughout this week, so stay tuned.

To start, here are some standout big men.

Mojica has a strong case as being the most dominant player at Holy Cross camp, and he's only a rising sophomore. The 6-foot-5 forward is ridiculously strong in the post and totally moves big men off their spot on the block when he wants to. He also has excellent touch with both hands and a really impressive skillset for his body type. Most shocking is Mojica's handle and vision, which are both insane for his size and strength -- he threw an incredible behind the back pass towards the end of camp. He's a definite D1 player who could go even higher than Holy Cross if he continues to develop physically and get faster/quicker.

If Mojica wasn't the best player at Holy Cross camp, it was probably Quinn. The 6-foot-9 big man completely manhandled opposing forwards in the post and literally put them under the rim on numerous occasions -- he consistently backed them down and then hit hook shots and turnaround shots with both hands. However, the rising junior is also able to step out on the perimeter and his the three ball, which is very intriguing. He's good in the dribble hand off game, he's good in the post, and he's good as a spot up shooter. He should be a D1 guy for sure.

Webb's improvement over the past year is intriguing and impressive. The 6-foot-9 forward is big and long, but he also has a really solid skillset for his size. He's great in the DHO and pick and roll game but also can create for himself on the perimeter against slower-footed bigs. He also does a good job keeping the ball high in the paint and finishing against smaller players. Most impressive, though, is Webb's ability to defend guards and wings on the perimeter -- his lateral quickness makes him incredibly versatile and effective on that end. The rising senior can really stretch the floor and should get scholarship looks as a result.

Palermo is an awesome big man to watch. He isn't the most athletic or jumpy, but he uses his wide frame to carve out space near the hoop and effortlessly finishes in the paint against anyone. He has great touch with both hands, and his craft and strength allow him to get shots off against taller forwards and centers. I really love the way Palermo operates in the high post and as a DHO hub — he has awesome vision and really understands how to screen and use his body. He should be a star for St. Marks this season and would really improve his recruitment if he was able to step out and hit threes.

Robinson was one of the more athletic bigs at Holy Cross camp. He's 6-foot-7 and super long, but he gets high off the floor and runs the court like a deer. He has solid instincts attacking the ball and a solid foundation for his three point shot, but I could totally see him blooming late into a D1 prospect. His shot looks very nice but isn't as consistent as it needs to be, and he looks like he'll get a lot stronger over the next couple years, which will allow him to guard opposing big men. Definitely keep an eye on Robinson, who should be garnering scholarship interest right now.

On Sunday, August 24th, I attended Holy Cross' prospect camp at their campus in Worcester, MA. 40+ players were in attendance and there were recruitable players at ALL college levels. I'll be having coverage throughout this week, so stay tuned.
