The name is obviously a familiar one and he's cut from the same point guard cloth as his eventual NBA Hall of Fame father is. Paul is a savvy, measured, confident and high IQ point guard whose ability to control the pace and tempo of a game, along with his precision vision, passing and mid-range offensive package, is very reminiscent of what his father did in high school, at Wake Forest, and for decades in the NBA. Paul's body has started to mature and this summer showed improved strength and physicality when going up against aggressive on-ball pressure, but one thing you can't do to Paul is speed him up because he has the ball on a string.

Adams had one of the more memorable plays for St. Bonaventure in the 2025 CIF Southern Section Division 2A championship game where he hit a leaning, last second, buzzer-beating three to send the game into overtime. The Seraphs eventually fell in triple overtime but Adams officially arrived that day as one of the best pure scorers that the 2028 class has to offer. The combo guard is as confident as they come, hasn't seen a shot he doesn't like and has an advanced ability to create space off the bounce and hit tough perimeter jumpers with defenders hands in his face.

Ceballos is a high motor and high energy two-way prospect with international roots. The 6-foot-2 combo guard is originally from Panama is a dynamic open court scorer and creator whose speed with the ball and well-built frame allow him to blow past retreating defenses and get into the body of shot blockers to finish through contact. Ceballos is also a consistent three-point shooter when given time and space. What I like most about him is his competitive and physical nature on the defensive end of the floor.

Mosely missed much of the spring and summer due to injury but we were able to watch him multiple times during his freshman season and what we saw led us to include him among the top 20 players in the 2028 class. Mosely strikes a nice balance between being a guy who can go get 20 points and take over a game offensively with the understanding that he has plenty of weapons alongside him and adjusts to be a table-setter if one of his teammates has it going. Mosely's all-around feel for the game as a primary ball handler and playmaker stood out the most when we viewed him during the high school season.

No. 20 [player_tooltip player_id='2750239' first='Eli' last='Simmons'] | Heritage Christian

Simmons is following in his older brother's footsteps at Heritage Christian. Tae, who had a standout high school career and is now on to San Diego State, and him and Eli have some similarities. Eli brings a combination of fluid and explosive vertical athleticism with a football-esque frame to go along with it but is a bit more fluid and perimeter oriented than his older brother at the same stage. The younger Simmons has a tighter handle on the ball and is more fluid off the bounce which allows him to create offense on the perimeter all while using his athleticism and power to score around the rim.
