They've got a strong lead guard in [player_tooltip player_id='1956268' first='Shay' last='Jackson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2412724' first='Dre' last='Collins'] leading the way with good support wing scorers and nice role pieces. They beat Fury Zurn, knocked off Stone by 11 plus beat Hoop City and ND Phenom in close games. Four good teams beaten, all games that were close and Select took care of business down the stretch. </p>

<p>[program_tooltip program_id='2888391' first='Minnesota' last='Comets'] Schumann won their pool at the 2K25 beating Lightning in close game and then knocking off Powerhouse, Iowa Prep and Team Warwick 2 by double figures. Good showing for them!</p>

<p>[program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'] won three of four games down in North Augusta getting a buzzer beating win over Mac Irvin and a blowout win over Bates Fundamentals among their four games played. </p>

<p>Hoop Habits knocked off Bouye Elite by a score, crushed Houston Defenders, lost a two score game to OBG, and blew out Hoop City out of Tennessee (not to be confused with their South Dakota team). There is a game without a score listed too but out of the four games marked, really good weekend for Hoop Habits. </p>

<p>The first 16s team to hit 30 wins this year is Fury Zurn (Fury Goring followed on Sunday). They lost a close one to Select but bounced back to beat Hoop City by 20, win a close one with Phenom, and beat Heiser out of South Dakota by eight. Strong weekend overall. </p>

<p>Minnesota Rise continues to have a nice 16u run! They beat UTC Fire, they knocked off SSA White and they beat Heat GVR. They took a Sunday afternoon loss to All Wisconsin but overall a good weekend. </p>

<p>The Southwest Mn Stars crushed a team in Texas, they beat Fury K knocked off Elevate by 30+ and then lost a close game to a Wisconsin team. Impressive showing all around. </p>

<p>Minnesota Lightning Dahl lost a close game with Fury Sabin and then bounced back beating teams from Arkansas, Wisconsin, and Illinois by double figures. </p>

<p>D1 is in LA, Pulley is in Augusta Live, Comets are in Chicago, many teams like Fury, Select and others are in Indy with the Prep Hoops Nationals, some teams are in Las Vegas, some are in Texas, others are in Iowa. There is also the Fury/Heat Summer Shutdown event locally for those not traveling. </p>
