While a sophomore, he didn't get much playing time as most of the team were juniors and seniors. When Wilkerson got into the game however, he made the most of his opportunity. Shooting efficiently from the field, he will average more points per game in an increased junior role. This 6 foot 9 inch shooting guard, averaged a double-double Panthers in his sophomore year. With 16.8 points per game and 11 rebounds per game, Mitchell hasn't even had his best season yet. To go with that, he averages 5.5 assists per game as well. If he can erupt this season, he could possibly average a triple-double. On the defensive end, Mitchell also gets 2.2 steals per outing. He averaged 14 minutes per game and averaged 5.3 points per game. At a new school, he should have an expanded role on this team in his last season. Swope is also a very good passer. Due to this, he was able to gather 2.2 assists in the games he played. His minutes should increase by at least 6 per game and with refined skills, he will have a breakout season. After making the state championship game, this 6'3" shooting guard is looking to have a huge season. As a three sport athlete, Sheffer can attribute some of his skills to football and golf. Golf teaches him patience as football gives him the spead and agility needed to score. These attributes are great to have as a basketball player. Intangible attributes in a player can be just as important, if not more, than statistics.
