The 2025 Phenom Hoops Summer Havoc Live took place this weekend in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. This event features a good balance of high-level and under-the-radar prospects from across the Southeast. Check out these five 2028s who caught my eye at the Phenom Summer Havoc:

First up on my list of Top 2028s from this event is [player_tooltip player_id='2909086' first='Eli' last='Arbiv']. He is the one of two [program_tooltip program_id='2246675' first='Charleston' last='Raptors'], a team that I caught up with in a win over NGNG on Friday. Arbiv is a Guard who simply made the right play every time. Whether it was a shot, a drive, or a pass, Eli always appeared comfortable with the ball in his hands. He often found good positions in the paint where he could finish with his right hand, hit floaters over opponents, or dump off to his big man. Arbiv went for 6 points and 5 assists in the win.

Fairfield is the other Raptor who stood out in the win over NGNG. Cal didn't have his most productive offensive game, only putting up 5 points, including an and-1 from the dunker spot. However, he was a monster on the defensive end, racking up 14 rebounds and 2 blocks. Cal did a great job of using his length to protect the rim and clean the glass. He is pretty mobile for his size, covering ground well in the paint and contesting a couple of jumpers. As Fairfield develops his post game, he could become a major weapon for the Trojans.

Next up on the list is [program_tooltip program_id='2078724' first='Carolina' last='Pressure']'s [player_tooltip player_id='2560595' first='Peyton' last='Souter']. He had a nice showing off the bench for CPB in a win over the Hurricanes, tallying 6 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Peyton plays like a pitbull on the defensive end, forcing havoc with his constant activity on and off the ball. Souter has quick hands and feet, allowing him to contain the ball and strip handlers. On the offensive end, he is a solid option, too. Peyton knows how to use his body to create space for his shot, handles well in traffic, and reads the floor well.

Gibson had a strong showing for [program_tooltip program_id='2078487' first='Durham' last='Hurricanes'] in Game One on Friday. He came out with some great moments as a scorer in the first half, then turned into a facilitator as the defense adjusted to him. Tristan makes up for his size with an elite floater package. He is also a solid off-balance finisher at the rim, has a good pump fake, and can stretch the floor to the three. As a Point Guard, Gibson has a tight handle and likes to find his bigs on drives. He finished with 18 points and 4 assists.

Rounding out the list of 2028s from the Phenom Summer Havoc Live is [player_tooltip player_id='2779397' first='Donnie' last='Fairley']. Fairley turned some heads with his play for [program_tooltip program_id='2227286' first='Team' last='Loaded South'] in Bermuda Run. Donnie is a very good athlete who plays with elite first and second jump around the rim. He flashed the upside of his playmaking with a coast-to-coast dunk as well as multiple nice assists. He had a solid all-around performance in a win over PSB Tampa, going for 6 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 block.
