The 2025 Phenom Hoops Summer Havoc Live continued on Saturday, July 19th, in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. This event features a good balance of high-level and under-the-radar prospects from across the Southeast. Check out these five players who stood out to me on Day Two:

First up on my list of Saturday Standouts from the Phenom Summer Havoc Live is [player_tooltip player_id='2908504' first='Christian' last='Brown']. I knew about Christian and his shooting ability from watching him previously, but this was his best performance in front of me as he exploded for 34 points on Saturday in a big win. Brown is a true microwave scorer - a guy who heats up quickly, and once he's in the zone, he will make shots no matter the defense. Christian was 6-15 from three in Game One, displaying his shooting ability off the catch, off the dribble, and off BLOBs. He also has a nice floater game and finished and-1 late in the game.

Vining is one of my favorite Guards to watch in South Carolina's 2027 Class because of how smooth he is on the offensive end. Justin excelled in an overtime loss to [program_tooltip program_id='2248971' first='River' last='City Reign'], putting up 22 points and 5 assists. He started the game efficiently in the mid-range and drew a couple of fouls with his tight handle, but as the game went on, he hit some threes, made some great reads, and even had a few nice moments off the ball. Vining appears to have full control of the CPB offense whenever he has the ball and has a knack for collapsing defenses with penetration.

Next up on the list is [player_tooltip player_id='2486489' first='Jayden' last='Williams'], who runs with Ace Skill Development Scriven. Jayden was a guy I had highlighted coming into the weekend. Williams has a sturdy frame and used it early and often against a smaller opponent. He worked well for position on the blocks and is especially comfortable on the right block finishing over his left shoulder. He was also used in other ways to get the ball in the paint, including pick-and-roll, flex action, and from the nail and dunker spot.

The Phenom Summer Havoc Live was my first look at Ethan in an [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] jersey, and he didn't disappoint. His perimeter shooting ability has allowed him to fit right in with their high-powered offense. Moses doesn't need a lot of the ball in his hands, but when his team went multiple possessions without a score, he was often the guy they turned to. Ethan has deep range but also likes the corners, providing lots of space for his teammates to work. He finished with 15 points on 4-10 3FG in the opener.

Rounding out my Biggest Standouts from Saturday in Bermuda Run is [player_tooltip player_id='2194771' first='Carter' last='Brooks'] of Westfield (VA) and Team Loaded South. Brooks had a monster first half in a win over PSB Tampa, displaying his full arsenal of scoring moves as his team built a big lead. Carter is creative with the ball in his hands and is a high-level shooter off the dribble in mid-range and behind the arc. He showed flashes of being able to score at the rim, particularly in transition, but that should improve as he develops physically and turn him into a can't-miss prospect. Brooks went for 22 points in the Game Two win.
