He plays immensely hard with an elite motor. His high basketball instincts allow for him to read and react to different situations on the fly. Ficarotta scores easy buckets and is able to use his strength to bully smaller opponents. He shows some flashes as a shooter but it is definitely an area he could take a jump from. His relentless motor allows him to make hustle plays with ease. Park's length comes in handy when he is going up for rebounds. He is able to score off of 2nd chance efforts. Park has a nose for finding the bucket. He has a knack for scoring from behind the arc and needs to be respected from out there whenever he steps foot onto the floor. He is always on the move trying to hunt for his own shot. His ability to apply great ball pressure and turn defense to offense was on full display. He picks all the right times when to attack the weaknesses in the defense. He knows where to find his teammates for success in all the right spots. Joy also shows that he has a scoring gene and finds the bucket in a handful of ways. You cannot keep him out of the paint.
