He's always been a handful off the dribble, but the highlights shown also have being more decisive and really getting to the rim. Where the heart over height guard is even starting to dunk in transition. His body control, a mixture of hangtime and balance were one of the biggest positives. Indicating that he should become a big time finisher at the rim, even in traffic. His AAU highlights further support that possibility. Takes contact well by playing off of two feet. And is already capable of making some acrobatic finishes. Can also be a floor spacing spot up threat, especially from the corner. Often making and sticking at the next level involves thriving in a role. Which has seen him expanding his scoring and shooting, in expectations of a bigger senior year role for the Indians. His high school highlights from last year are more of the role player variety. Catch and shoot threes made up a lot of his offensive output. But there's a lot more to his game than just shooting. He's an explosive athlete, capable of playing around the rim. While also bringing grittiness to the game, how many tapes show a player taking a charge? So it was also good to see a mixture of passing and setting up his teammates in the clips.
