His upside is off the charts as a floor spreading forward and a player that you can use on the ball screens. He has a very good high catch and high release. He still has room to add physical strength to his body and he also has the ability to improve his shooting and handle but as of now he is solid. Ford is a playmaker that can keep his vision up as he is looking for open shooters and cutters.
