With the updated version of our class of 2026 rankings coming out, it's time to look at some of the changes we have in the new version. We added over 25 new players to the rankings, with a lot of movement based on last high school season and the spring as well. Throughout the week we'll be putting out content on new faces, biggest risers and positional rankings as well.

Here's a look at part two of some of the top power forwards and centers in the rising senior class rankings.

Bryant has been a Class 3 All State selection the last two seasons for Liberty Christian, and is one of the main reasons that college coaches are heading to Lynchburg for this 2026 class. The 6'5” hybrid forward is matchup nightmare for defenders with his strong and physical style of play on both ends of the floor, he gets downhill aggressively and is an athletic finisher at the rim, he can knock down open shots from deep, and he plays with a great motor attacking the glass on both ends too.

11) [player_tooltip player_id='2459215' first='Gavin' last='Kay'] | 6'8” PF | Hampton (#39 Overall)

Kay is a prospect who is flirting with both football and basketball to pursue at the next level, and the 6'8” big man is a very intriguing prospect if he does choose to pursue basketball at the next level. At 6'8” he moves very well both getting up and down the floor and laterally on the defensive end, he is a good athlete for his size and can play above the rim with authority, he has solid ball skills with the ability to face up and take defenders off the bounce, and he has soft touch around the rim and in the midrange too.

10) [player_tooltip player_id='2459212' first='Jamese' last='Jordan'] | 6'8” C | Hopewell (#27 Overall)

Jordan is the type of prospect who I believe will be better in college than he is in high school, as he's done a lot to improve his body over the years and it's all starting to click for him the more he plays. He's an absolute load in the paint and has no problem being physical whether it's clearing out space offensively or putting someone on the deck defensively to prevent a layup, he is surprisingly quick and explosive for his size, he's become much more consistent in the midrange, and he knows his game and doesn't try to do too much that won't help his team.

9) [player_tooltip player_id='1370511' first='Frank' last='Siaca-Bey'] | 6'8” C | Fairfax Christian (#24 Overall)

Siaca-Bey is another prospect on this list that has steadily improved over the past few years, and he had a monster season last year being named the VISAA D-III Player of the Year after leading his Fairfax Christian team to a third straight state championship. He's a unique player to see in this age as he has some old school to him with his ability to bury guys deep on post-ups or hit fall-aways in the mid-range area, he has some new school with his ability to step out and stretch the defense, he's not the most explosive guy but he's always in the right place to rebound and can play above the rim, and he has good feel as a passer for his position.

8) [player_tooltip player_id='1588139' first='Connor' last='Lyons'] | 6'7” PF | Miller School (#19 Overall)

Lyons missed his junior season at St. Anne's Belfield with a knee injury, which was unfortunate because he had a breakout summer prior to that, but from every thing I've heard he will be back at the start of the season suiting up for the two time defending VISAA D-II state champs Miller. The 6'7” forward is one of the best stretch four men you'll come across as he is lights out from deep off the catch, he has a quick release and deep range when set, he can come off of screens like a wing and make shots on the move, and he can get hot quickly and take games over when he gets it going.

7) [player_tooltip player_id='1963390' first='Kosi' last='Mgbejiofor'] | 6'10” C | Blue Ridge (#18 Overall)

Mgbejiofor transferred to Blue Ridge last season where he was part of one of the best front courts in the entire state and he's one of the most high upside bigs in the country if he gets with the right program. At 6'10” he moves in a way that most bigs don't as he can get up and down the floor with guards and switch defensively on pick-and-rolls, he's able to attack the offensive glass for put-backs and is a big time lob threat, he's one of the best rim protectors in all of VA, and he still has a lot of room to develop on the offensive end.

6) [player_tooltip player_id='1782692' first='Ripp' last='Kodi'] | 6'7” PF | Highland (#17 Overall)

Kodi is one of the new age “hybrid forwards” that coaches are really intrigued by, as he has plenty of perimeter game and can play the three if you want to go big, but really thrives as a mismatch small ball four. At 6'7” with long arms he looks the part and has a frame that should fill out well at the next level, and he's full of so much raw talent that just needs to be polished with development. He is able to put it on the deck and either get by defenders or create space to get his shot off, he can knock down shots from deep at a solid clip, he's a fluid athlete who thrives in transition, and he has so much potential as a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions.
