The departure of [player_tooltip player_id='1454254' first='Luca' last='Foster'] has opened more touches for Greig, and he took advantage of those opportunities at Philly HS Live. On half-court possessions, Greig splashed threes, got to the rack off the dribble and slashed to the cup for catch and lay-ins. His ridiculously quick first step is rare for a 6'6” prospect. Greig's length, speed and finishing skills made him unstoppable in transition. He frequently finished over the top of would be shot blockers. Still, what likely impressed college coaches the most was the extreme pace Greig played with all weekend. Greig appeared to be operating in different speed then everyone else on the court. Yet, he was never out of control.

At Philly HS Live, Hughes was a major physical presence at both ends of the floor. When you combine that physicality with his rim-to-rim speed and 3-point shooting, you get a high-level DI wing prospect. Hughes caught opponents by surprise with his long-distance shooting as he drained threes from all around arc and in transition. He also scored via dives to the rim or by working the baseline for lay-ins. He also attacked the rack from the wing off one or two dribbles. When Hughes scored in close, he had no problem converting through contact. Hughes displayed fantastic rim-to-rim speed as he produced points on the fast break too. His ability to crash the offensive glass for put backs was impressive.

In 2024-25, Mita averaged 14.5 points per night and was a 1st Team All-Central League selection. After his performances at Session II of Philly HS Live, I have installed Mita as one of the early favorites to win the 2025-26 Central League POY award. Over the weekend Mita's three-level scoring skill set was on full display against “national” level competition. This high IQ, stretch-4 prospect drained threes as well as mid-range jumpers. Plus, he attacked the rim of the dribble from the mid-range and scored in close. His polished footwork and court awareness enabled Mita to efficiently operate in pick-n-roll / pop action. Mita (14 ppg. & 9 rpg. over the weekend) was the frequent recipient of double teams. He was quick to recognize that defensive scheme and move the ball to an open teammate. On defense, Mita was a fierce rebounder and swatted a host of shots.

The graduation of Adrian Brito left a sizeable hole on the interior for PMW. However, it appears Stiehler (12 ppg. & 5 rpg. this weekend) is ready to step in and fill some of that void. Stiehler is an active, high IQ small forward who contributed at both ends of the floor during Philly HS Live. He produced points out of pick-n-roll action, post ups and the offensive glass. Stiehler's quick second jump and nose for the ball enabled him to pull down tough offensive rebounds in traffic. He then powered back up for finishes through fouls. Stiehler also operated out of the high post where he delivered a few smooth assists. At the other end of the court, Stiehler was beast on the defensive boards and provided weak side shot blocking.
