What prospects elevated their stock the most at the Riverside Brookfield Live event? These are a few of the more notable prospects that out played their current ranking with their play impressing scouts and college coaches. Here is Part 2!

[player_tooltip player_id='2125634' first='Hayden' last='Schroeder'] (Wheaton Academy)

This skilled four man took over the game bringing his team back against Maine South with a dominant second half. He has excellent footwork, body positioning, and touch around the cup. Ran the floor and finished out of the dunker spot. It was impressive to see the 2027 big man take over a game like he did.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552479' first='RicoAntonio' last='D'Alessandro'] (Maine South)

D'Alessandro is a strong and skilled four man that had a strong game against Wheaton Academy. Played tough defense especially in the first half. Drained a few three point shots. He is at his best though using his handles and power putting pressure on the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552417' first='Jordan' last='Walker'] (Marian Catholic)

Walker had a big game late Saturday night. Wiry combo guard that shot it very well pouring in multiple threes and mid-range shots. Mixed in several floaters too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105407' first='Champ' last='Parker'] (Rockford Auburn)

Parker definitely looked like a guard that needed a bump. We haven't seen him since the holiday tournament season and it was apparent he has added strength in his upper body since. Really liked how he played off his defense turning steals into points. Racked up 21 points in a victory.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125671' first='Nojus' last='Venckus'] (Lockport)

Venckus is definitely someone that will see a bump in our next update after a big time outing on Saturday night. He did a good job of mixing it up with threes, spinning layups, and floaters.

[player_tooltip player_id='2437519' first='Braylon' last='Walker'] (Warren)

While Davis is the headliner at Warren and the go to player it was evident that Walker is prepared to be the #2 on this state championship contender. In the two games we saw the strong bodied two guard shot it from three about as well as we have seen him while also doing a more than adequate job of finishing through contact. Primed for a big season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2531961' first='Amarion' last='Smith-Holley'] (Peoria Richwoods)

Smith-Holley in our eyes made it a “Big 3” in 2028 with a primetime performance against Warren and Davis. In front of a plethora of high-major college coaches he put on a show scoring 25 points with the Warren defense focusing in on him. Excellent at creating his own offense off the dribble. Spin moves, reverse layups, scoop shots, and acrobatic layups. He made them all look effortless. Such an adept scorer off the bounce that is also a capable shooter. Showed growth as a distributor making the right decisions with the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2499191' first='Rory' last='Haas'] (Lake Forest)

Haas definitely deserves a bump after his play over the weekend. He has grown to 6'6” and is now a floor spacing four man. His shot was really clean hitting multiple off the catch. Showed he still has those wing skills handling in the open floor.

Amare Leflore (Hyde Park)

Leflore had a big outing for Hyde Park. He was the spark for them in their win against Romeoville. Shot it well from both three and in the mid-range. Plays with speed in the open floor and is a pesky defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='2839970' first='Jordan' last='Williams'] (Fremd)

Williams was among the prospects we were most looking forward to evaluating at the event. The strong bodied forward had a productive junior season. We had heard he has improved and that growth was seen in his perimeter game. Powerful straight line attacker that might not be the twichiest athlete, but he has such a great feel for using his body and getting to his spots for scores in the paint or short shots. Also really liked what we saw as a defender checking multiple spots and the improvements made as a passer often times initiating the offense and finding teammates for easy looks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2540096' first='Rafael' last='Pinto'] (Fremd)

Pinto absolutely left the nets on fire in the last two games of the event including a seven three pointer game against Yorkville. Lights out perimeter shooter that a lot of small colleges that were in attendance had to be impressed with.
