Poised and polished well beyond his years, that has been his calling card since I first saw him 3 years ago thoroughly dominating the middle school circuits. That has translated quickly to the high school ranks, as Maurice came over to Woodstock from Furtah Prep for this past season, and following up a solid frosh campaign, continues to shine in his point guard role. Makes sound reads, has top-end blow-by speed, is a solid shooter at all ranges, and guards the ball hard and aggressively. Surely had to impress the KSU coaches watching, he sets up a lot like current Owls guard Simeon Cottle, and even as an under-6-footer, he sets up as a potential D1 prospect with still two more years to marinate.

Following up 21 wins a season ago, the Tigers return this long and versatile 3-man to a lineup that also features active 2026 power forward [player_tooltip player_id='2471150' first='Jaylin' last='Sweat'] and some spicy guards who play with an edge and plenty of enthusiasm. Perry can face up at 6-foot-6 and handle the rock from the top of the key downhill, covering a lot of ground with his long strides. Showed good vision as a distributor, but also morphed well into a pick and roll or pick and pop guy in their motion looks.

The lion's share of headlines for this incarnation of the War Eagles surround high-profile 2027 recruit Jarvis Hayes Jr, and he usually does something spectacular to back up his pedigree. I like the other Hayes' game quite a bit, equally versatile and able to show off his own brand of spectacular. Coming off an invite to the USA Basketball Junior National Team Camp, where he was a clear eyeball catcher, he's still evolving what is a large cache of talents at both ends, both near and away from the basket. It will be interesting to see what this talented but young Woodward team does after dropping the 5A final last February to Tri-Cities and losing some monster pieces from that group.

Super smooth and has all the tools for a guy who's stacking offers from the likes of host Kennesaw State, as well as Georgia Tech, just to name a few. Can be a bit streaky as a shooter, but when he's on, it's pretty easy to watch and appreciate. Where he really shines is as a big point guard at 6-foot-5, as he looks over smaller guards and shows off pinpoint accuracy and timing in finding some of the explosive Indian finishers. Joined the aforementioned [player_tooltip player_id='2528158' first='Myles' last='Hayes'] at that USABJNT Camp, where he too impressed many of the onlookers. The returning Region 3-6A POY gets a backcourt addition in stellar 2027 guard [player_tooltip player_id='2524006' first='Zachary' last='Graves'] from Kell, and that makes this Indian backcourt one of 6A's best.
