Another swish-filled weekend for the rising senior guard. BJ helped mount a huge comeback win Sunday at DMV Live. Started a bit slow shooting the ball, but he adjusted very quickly. The defense always comes with a gameplan against Ranson, but it seems he always seems to adjust in real game-time. Really a treat watching how he alludes tough defense each game, works hard to come off screens and get the ball in his hands in big moments. Still gets his lethal jumpshot off and fills the scoresheet. Hit contested and open 3-pointers consistently, and created shots for himself off the dribble as well. Big-time weekend from the star Baltimore guard.

Elijah was dominant in his Sunday showing at DC Live this weekend. He started out the gate a bit slow but picked things up in a big way. He scored the ball from every level on the floor, most comfortable as a shooter. Elijah really showcased his ability by mixing up his baskets between the 3-point shot and the dribble-drive. Had his way with just about any defender who stepped in front of him, breaking down the defense and getting to the spots easily. Kept the buckets flowing through the whole game and it looked smooth. Big session for the rising senior.

Kyle was completely unstoppable vs MSJ during DMV Live. Things began with his stout defense both on the perimeter and inside the paint. Stopped a lot of drives and layups with solid fundamental chest-to-ball defense. Then, the offense came raining in. Logan was efficient with a couple of smooth pullup midrange jumpers. Kyle started to open up his scoring palette with some nice dribble drives that led to and-1's and made some big 3's off the dribble. All-around scoring effort from Logan who scored at will for Riverdale. Also defended BJ at crucial parts of the game, sometimes asking for the tough matchup at late-game situations. Very strong showing from [player_tooltip player_id='2629848' first='Kyle' last='Logan'] who has deservingly gained more college interest.

Neftali was a level above the competition in Concordia's matchup against Loyola. Started off hot by scoring the first 10 of 12 points for his team. Varied up his baskets by both taking the ball to the cup and by lighting up the 3pt line. After he made a few baskets and gained the respect of the defense, he was able to start creating baskets for his teammates. Totaled up at least 5 assists in the second half alone, driving and kicking to dunkers, penetrating the lane and dishing out to shooters. Neft's full game was on display for scouts to see. Nice to see him play so well with the ball in his hands a lot more than it was last year. Looks like a good lead guard that can handle the pressures of being the main option on the team.

Yusuf broke onto the scene well at DMV Live Session I. Very versatile player from Landon, can score under the rim or shoot the ball with ease. Spots up behind the arc well and has immaculate touch on the ball. Yusuf had a few shots off the dribble that were really jaw-dropping, created space off the dribble and made the tough shot over the contest. Zaid can dribble the ball like he's a small guard at his big size, creates mismatches due to his size and speed. Really tough cover already as a rising freshman. Zaid will certainly be a name to remember over the high school years.
