[player_tooltip player_id='1978099' first='Colin' last='Rice'] | SF | Waukee Northwest
The move: 5 to 1

Rice is in the midst of a dominant spring and summer, fresh off a fantastic showing at the NBPA Top 100 Camp against some of the top players in the country. The 6-8 wing from Waukee Northwest has picked up a handful of Power 5 offers, and his ability to score from all three levels, defend multiple positions, and control the glass on both ends of the floor will only keep the college coaches calling throughout the summer and into the fall unless he ends his recruitment soon. It was going to take a lot for someone in the 2026 class to overtake [player_tooltip player_id='1765515' first='Jaidyn' last='Coon'] at the top of the rankings, and Rice has done a lot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1643192' first='Landon' last='Davis'] | PF | Waukee Northwest
The move: 7 to 3

Rice's high school teammate moves up four spots in the rankings as well. Davis is a mobile, athletic 6-9 forward who can protect the rim at a high level, finish around the bucket with authority, control the glass, and he is working to extend his range out to the arc with consistency. He has picked up several mid-major offers and is garnering pretty significant interest from Big Ten schools. He's a high upside two-way big man who could make a college coach look very, very smart.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617486' first='Charles' last='Crane'] | PF | Dowling Catholic
The move: 18 to 11

Another mobile, high upside big man who can impact the game on both ends of the floor, Crane has soft hands, impeccable timing as a shot blocker, and, like Davis, is working to extend his range out to the arc with some consistency. At 6-10 and with long arms, he looks every bit the part of a late blooming prospect who could be a big-time Division II player or potentially a Division I-caliber player with a bit more work and seasoning. He's a 4.04 student, according to his Twitter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1765554' first='AJ' last='Evans'] | PF | Xavier
The move: 44 to 18

Sensing a theme here? Evans is another mobile, late-blooming big man who can finish around the rim and protect the paint defensively. Like Crane, he's a high academic player who recently got an offer to play for Fran McCaffery at Penn. His length and athleticism can be a real difference maker on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1978106' first='Shay' last='Stephens'] | PG | Notre Dame
The move: 61 to 19

Stephens has been awesome throughout the spring for [program_tooltip program_id='2246861' first='Murray' last='Elite'], routinely putting up big games against quality competition. He has grown quite a bit over the last year, now listed at 6-4, and he has gained a ton of confidence as both a shooter off the dribble and a playmaker off the dribble. He recently picked up a Division I offer from Western Illinois.

[player_tooltip player_id='2204894' first='Tyler' last='Hilton'] | SF | Linn-Mar
The move: 62 to 20

Hilton was one of the breakout stars of the state tournament back in March, and his strong play has continued throughout the spring. An athletic, long combo forward who provides a ton of versatility on the defensive end, he's also outstanding on the glass, a strong finisher around the rim, and can occasionally step out and knock down shots off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2023719' first='Will' last='Wehr'] | SG | Prairie
The move: 65 to 22

Wehr has been one of the most productive guards in the state throughout the spring, routinely putting together massive scoring games because of his ability to get scorching hot from the 3-point line. He's an electric shooter off the catch who moves really well without the ball in his hands, and he has improved quite a bit as a playmaker off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='2287857' first='Brayden' last='Hoben'] | SF | Grand View christian
The move: 46 to 28

Hoben is going to play college football, committing to play tight end at South Dakota State just about 30 minutes ago as of this writing, but he could have been a nice Division II player had he pursued basketball. Like just about every other player on this list, versatility and athleticism are the lynchpins of his game. He has great size and length, is a bouncy athlete, and is a tough, relentless rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id='1460951' first='Eli' last='Dee'] | SG | Baxter
The move: 54 to 44

A true sniper who is capable of getting ridiculously hot from the 3-point line, Dee has firmly established himself as one of the top shooters in the state. What led to the 10-spot jump, however, was the continued improvement as a ball-handler and playmaker. He has looked really confident handling the ball and creating quality looks for his teammates throughout the spring and summer, and when you combine that with his ability to shoot it from the arc, you've got a dynamic all-around offensive weapon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1950542' first='Davis' last='Hardersen'] | SG | Urbandale
The move: 70 to 50

An off-ball guard with some good size and length, Hardersen is a versatile defender with the size and toughness to bang against some bigger bodies in the paint, and the length and lateral quickness to hold his own on the perimeter against quicker guards. On the offensive end, he's a three-level scorer who can play with or without the ball in his hands. He has put together a solid spring with the [program_tooltip program_id='2268289' first='Iowa' last='Battlers'] and was strong at the Winterset Shootout with his J-Hawks.
