Windy City War: 2028 National Prospects Shine

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Windy City War featured some of the premier teams from across the Midwest.&nbsp; Prep Hoops had tons of coverage from the event.&nbsp; We continue to dive into it here in <strong>Windy City War: National 2028 Prospects Shine!</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2509457' first='Jordan' last='Evans'] (Power 5 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Evans was outstanding in the game we saw Power 5.&nbsp; He is a top 5 prospect in his class and it was easy to see why.&nbsp; Plays with a ton of quickness and speed off the bounce.&nbsp; Lived in the lane all game long where he scored or often made trips to the line.&nbsp; Late in the game he turned it up getting a steal for a layup on the other end.&nbsp; Also hit a pair of threes including the game winner.&nbsp; He has that “it” factor you can't teach!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2614854' first='Tylen' last='Kingsby'] (Power 5 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Big time athlete that had some eye popping moments in the game we caught.&nbsp; Burst to the rim, finishes in the pick and roll, and showed the athleticism on the defensive end as well.&nbsp; Bit up and down as a shooter, but definitely has potential as a shot maker knocking in one from both mid-range and three.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2398448' first='Joey' last='Kohnen'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro'] 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kohnen caught our attention as a wing with excellent size for position that impacted on both ends of the floor.&nbsp; Consistently got steals and turned them into dunks on the other end.&nbsp; Big and athletic two way wings are always coveted and that is what Kohnen brings to the table.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2504214' first='Jaquan' last='Turner'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro'] 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Super high level athlete from Wisconsin that plays way above the rim throwing down alley oops, slashing for big dunks off the bounce, and converting through contact at the rim.&nbsp; Skill needs some refinement, but there is definitely a lot of upside here.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2613959' first='Kinston' last='Knueppel'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro'] 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Knueppel is yet another brother in this family that can ball.&nbsp; Strong frame with good skill level.&nbsp; Versatile forward that can shot fake and go around his man while also looking comfortable shooting it from distance.&nbsp; Definitely a D1 prospect early in the process.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1895712' first='Daniel' last='Zoa'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Like the size and skill combination for this small forward from Totino Grace.&nbsp; Zoa is a physical wing that can make playss with the ball in his hands.&nbsp; Also is tough around the basket where he finished out of the dunker spot and got put backs.&nbsp; Plays with a high-motor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Silas Miller ([program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 15U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rangy shooting guard to track out of Minnesota.&nbsp; Miller is a wing that can really drive it off the bounce.&nbsp; Crisp handle with acrobatic finishes at the cup.&nbsp; Very clean looking shot that should turn into above average as his career progresses.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
