No one played harder than Kaiden throughout the weekend. He didn't take a single play off. At 6'4”, he rebounded, blocked shots, and defended at a high level. Kaiden's great anticipation helped him play the passing lanes effectively, with several of his steals ending in dunks on the other end. He showed that he could play bigger than his frame. The 6'9” center [player_tooltip player_id='2359721' first='Teni' last='Bamisebi'] of Team Lillard had his handful trying to contain Gibbs. Coach Lou of Bishop O'Dowd will be pleased with Gibbs' development next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2136800' first='Zion' last='Grissom'] has that red dot! He hit three threes in the opening minutes to start the game. Grissom has a sweet, feathery left-handed jumper. It starts off a bit unorthodox, but has a text book finish. At 6'5”, he has a quick trigger. Grissom doesn't need much space or time to get his shot off.

There were plenty of dunks over the weekend. But most attendees were blown away by the 6'2” guard Templeton Fountaine's tip dunk. Initially Fountaine was considered out of the play, well beyond the three-point line when the shot went up from the right corner. Templeton sprinted into the paint catching the ball mid-air and flushed it down with two hands. It's too bad this was the last game of the tournament more people would have enjoyed the highlight.

The 6-footer from Albany High was deadly from three throughout the weekend. He didn't seem to favor any particular spot—every spot beyond the arc was his favorite. Azar did a terrific job reading hard closeouts. After hitting an absurd amount of 3's, he utilized his pump fake to blow by defenders for easy lay ups.

Nick Lee was very impressive. He showed off his skill making difficult plays look easy. On one sequence, he came down the left side of the court while dribbling with his left hand, hit a hesitation double crossover, and blew past his defender into a smooth left-hand floater from just inside the free-throw line. The very next play, he threw a pinpoint ¾-court pass with the left-hand or an easy layup. At that point, I assumed Lee was left-handed. It was until he started hitting threes off the dribble with his right hand later on in the half. Nick Lee is a true ambidextrous hooper.
