Four AAU Standout Shooters

Here are four players who bring that deep threat to the game every time they step on the floor. They've shown how they can set up the rest of their game with their outside shooting, and are guys you simply cannot leave open.    The lengthy shooter has a quick trigger from three and is averaging 2.6 3PM per game on the EYCL. He's looked stronger off the bounce, more confident in his face-up game, and is still an excellent shot blocker at 1.8 bpg. He'll be suiting up with the YNG Dreamerz in OTE next season with his combo of shooting, size, and freakish athleticism.     May is a new name showing off some impression shooting prowess this spring. In their game against Jump Athletics, he was hitting from deep in various situations, pulling up in transition, hitting with hands in his face, and showing some great movement off the ball and quick feet to hit off the catch. He also did a great job attacking hard closeouts after racking up a few threes and mixing in shot fakes inside and out.     He's been an excellent threat from deep with EBC who they like to run off of a lot of screens for him to get catch and shoot looks. He reads closeouts well and will take a dribble in or sidestep defenders to get open looks. He's also been making some big hustle plays to chase down loose balls and long rebounds.     He's a sharpshooter who can really get things going from deep and has shown how effective he can be in manufacturing runs with his confidence from downtown. He's been putting in a lot of work to grow as a defender and downhill driver that's helped him affect the game in more ways, and play with some more physicality on both ends.
