The second week of May is here, meaning the spring AAU season is in full swing. The 2026 class is primed to have a strong May, especially unranked prospects. Here are the 2026 unranked prospects to watch this month.

[player_tooltip player_id='1412111' first='Brian' last='Tassey'], 6'5 SG Lawrenceville

Tassey is reclassifying into the 2026 class, making him eligible for this list. The 6'5 guard uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and finishes strong around the rim. Tassey can thread passes to his teammates in the half court and can also score in the mid-range. He pushes the pace well in transition and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Tassey is a versatile guard prospect whose ability to impact the game at both ends will help his stock throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825398' first='Elijah' last='Ives'], 6'0 SG/SF Point Pleasant Beach

Ives has the ability to play either spot on the perimeter, which will help his game over the next couple of weeks. The 6'0 guard has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and knows how to finish around the basket. Ives moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the half court. He works hard on the defensive end and is an underrated passer. Ives is a gritty guard prospect who should have the ball in his hands more over the next couple of weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2789260' first='Ian' last='Mullan'], 6'3 SF/PF Raritan

Mullan has the potential to play either forward spot and will look to showcase that this month. The 6'3 forward knows how to use his body down low to get position and has a nice touch around the basket. Mullan can also put the ball on the floor and can knock down jumpers from behind the arc. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated defender. Mullan is a physical forward prospect who will be tough to stop on the interior throughout May.

[player_tooltip player_id='2845829' first='Will' last='Meribe'], 6'7 PF Roxbury

Meribe has the potential to breakout this May as he should get more touches in the half court. The 6'7 forward finishes strong above the rim and is able to draw contact in the paint. Meribe runs the floor hard on both ends of the floor, setting himself up for easy baskets in transition. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and swats shots around the basket. Meribe should control the paint throughout the spring, which will increase his value as a rim protector during the live period.

[player_tooltip player_id='2857842' first='Bryan' last='Camacho'], 6'3 SG Roxbury

Camacho is an intriguing guard prospect as he has the potential to play on the perimeter in a pinch. The 6'3 guard has a good first step, which he uses to get into the lane off the bounce and finishes well around the basket. Camacho rarely forces shots in the half court and can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He has the size to defend both guard positions and is a solid rebounder. Camacho should fill out the stat sheet this spring which should help his stock in a big way.
