Meet the Nominees
Jadon Cybok delivered an unforgettable performance in the “District 1 5A Playback Round” against Pottsgrove HS, lighting up the court with 7 three-pointers and a game-high 26 points! This marks his second 26-point game in playoff/Championship action, showing just how clutch he is when it matters most. Earning 1st Team All-League honors in his very first year as a starter, Jadon is leading his team through the districts with incredible skill and determination. Now, he’s taking his talents to States for Round 1.

Gaige put up an impressive 20 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, snagged 5 steals, and added 2 assists and 2 blocks in a huge win! The highlight: A game-winning steal and layup that sealed the victory. Gaige dominated with back-to-back games, scoring 15+ points and pulling down at least 6 rebounds each time.

Max and his team crushed the Regional Championship game against Riverbend, with Max lighting up the scoreboard by sinking 9 three-pointers—a new high school record! His incredible shooting performance helped propel the team to victory and made this game one to remember. Max is definitely making his mark!

Adam just shattered two school records in one unforgettable game! He drained 13 three-pointers and finished with a jaw-dropping 47 points—smashing the previous record of 46, set just two games earlier. Not only that, but Adam has broken his own 3-point record multiple times this season, proving he’s on fire and setting the bar higher every game!

Hudson has had an incredible season; he ended his junior year regular season with a career-high 41 points on Thursday night, hitting 19 shots. That 41 points ties the school record, and it also pushed his total to 558 points for the season—another school record! What a fantastic way to wrap up the regular season. Over the course of the season, Hudson averaged 25.4 points per game, shot 54.4% from the field, 40.8% from beyond the arc, and 87.2% from the free-throw line.
Second-year captain Michael Masini led his team to two big wins in the West Central District tournament, defeating two higher-seeded teams and securing a spot in the district semi-finals and the state tournament. In a thrilling double-overtime game against Todd Beamer, Masini broke four school records: 16 defensive rebounds, 320 season rebounds (and counting), 20 free throws made in a game, and 28 rebounds attempted in a game. He also earned the Sportsmanship Award for the West Central District, was named First Team All-League for the Puget Sound League Narrows Division, and was named ESN MVP for two League Playoff Games. Michael is currently averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds per game this season.

In the matchup between Hot Springs and Rapid City Christian, the #2 team in the state, Jaydon Koffler led the charge with 21 points. His impressive performance included 4 three-pointers and a perfect 7-for-7 from the free-throw line. Jaydon was not only the top scorer for the Bison but also the highest scorer of the game!

Last week, Jackson made history by shattering Elk River’s 51-year-old single-game rebounding record with an incredible 30 rebounds, showing his dominance on the boards. This week, he did it again—breaking the school’s season rebounding record of 294. His performance is a true testament to his consistency, hard work, and relentless dedication to the game.
