McFarlane's point guard play was evident throughout the season for the Hawks. Showed why he was the District Player of the Year and named to the Class 6 state 1st team. His ability to keep defenders off balance with his handle and make great reads to find openings in the defense. Aaron converted inside off the glass on drives consistently, while also making passes to his shooters by collapsing the defense and knocking down perimeter shot 43% from 3ptFG, 55%2ptFG, 3 assists and 2 steals a game.

Jaxson was a consistent performer all season averaged 18.6 points per game and showed just how at the throughout the season to be a consistent scorer with the floater touch, and relentless ability to get inside when gaps open in the defense. Jaxson's shot-making stood out as well as he converted from all three levels of the court. Named to the First Team 6 Class Division VHSL

Jerome when he is on the floor he is always the quickest players on the floor. Williams was tasked with dictating the action while actively asserting himself as a scorer from all levels. Between his pesky defense, useful playmaking, and constant scoring pressure, he visibly sets the tone for Mt. Zion this season. Williams is a knockdown shooter who can dismantle defenses with a quick release, and the ability to hit shots off the catch or bounce.

Riveria was undeniably impressive as the focal point for The Highland School in capturing the Virginia Private School Championship. He set the tone as a leader, both through his playmaking and three-level scoring abilities, and consistently stepped up to assert himself as a leader. Riveria is a skilled lefty, crafty guard with reliable creation skills and a smooth jumper. He mixes it up from all levels offensively and is comfortable with or without the ball in his hands. Riveria provides effort defensively and rebounds well for his size/position.

Rodney brings the charm city toughness every time he steps on the floor. Attacks on the paint, finished well over defenders inside, made smart decisions in getting others involved, brought a gritty overall feel on the court, and truly proved to be a true competitor. Watching him this season was refreshing, there is no way you could walk away and not be impressed with how this young man plays the game.

He's an all-around offensive cog who consistently shines as a main creator and scorer from all levels. Jermaine can play with or without the ball and find opportunities to impact the game. He's a polished creator who mixes it up well and forces the defense to respect him from all areas on the floor. Jermaine plays through contact, gets to the line, and hits jumpers (Unlimited Range) along the perimeter. He's also a capable defender and playmaker. Lead the 4A Champions Laurel in scoring with an average of 20pts, 4 assists and 2 steals a game.
