The future Iowa tight end was absolutely dominant against ADM in the Lions semifinal win, finishing with 31 points on 13-17 shooting, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists. He was simply no matchup for the Tigers. He was too big, too athletic, and too strong.

2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2419796' first='Jaxson' last='McIntire'] (Clear Lake)

A 6-0 sophomore guard who can knock down shots off the catch or create his own look off the dribble, McIntire stepped up as the Lions secondary scorer today, finishing with 15 points on 6-10 shooting (2-5 3P). He's a confident shooter who moves well without the ball.

2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1978130' first='Hudson' last='Lorensen'] (ADM)

Lorensen has been one of the state's elite scorers all year, and he showed why that's the case in the Tigers' loss to Clear Lake. He's a high IQ, smooth guard who makes everything on the offensive end look easy. He shoots it at a high clip from the 3-point line, and is great at attacking off the dribble and getting into the paint, where he finishes well with either hand.

2026 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1978115' first='Trey' last='Bryte'] (ADM)

Bryte has stuffed the stat sheet all year for the Tigers, and he did so again in his final game of his junior season, scoring 17 points on 5-12 shooting with 9 rebounds, 4 assists, a block, and 2 steals. At 6-3, he sees the floor well, plays with pace, can knock down shots from 3 off the dribble and the catch, and is a strong, active participant on the glass.

2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2204878' first='Kaleb' last='Wilgenbusch'] (Xavier)

The senior guard was really good in his last game in a Saints uniform, scoring 16 points on 6-14 shooting and making several big plays on both ends of the floor. He has turned himself into a really good two-way player whose constant activity is difficult for teams to contend with.

2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2398061' first='Blake' last='Aalbers'] (MOC-Floyd Valley)

Aalbers went 5-10 from the 3-point line in the Dutchmen's win over Xavier, including knocking down the game-winner with 2.4 seconds left. He's a confident shooter with a lightning-quick release off the catch, and he has really improved as a playmaker off the dribble. He had a team-high 23 points to go with 5 rebounds and 2 steals.

2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='1381402' first='Emiliano' last='Barrantes'] (Grand View Christian)

The 6-9 big man was dominant on both ends of the floor in the Thunder's season-ending loss to Western Christian, finishing with 17 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 7 blocks, and a steal. He was a force on the defensive end, completely altering how the Wolfpack were attacking them with 5 blocks in the first half, and he showcased some high-level shotmaking on the offensive end. He'll play his college ball at Illinois-Chicago, where he'll give the Flames a versatile defender who can space the floor.

2026 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2287857' first='Brayden' last='Hoben'] (Grand View Christian)

Hoben had a really nice final game of his junior year, scoring 20 points and grabbing 9 rebounds in the Thunder's loss to Western. He made some really difficult shots, knocking down turnaround 15-footers on the baseline, contested shots from the mid-and-high post, and tough finishes around the rim. GVC will be his team next year, and he looks primed to step into it.

2026 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2413626' first='Landon' last='De Stigter'] (Western Christian)

A long 6-3/6-4 wing who can really shoot it off the catch, De Stigter knocked down several big shots in the Wolfpack's win over Grand View Christian, going 5-8 from the 3-point line en route to 16 points. His length can be a major asset on the defensive end as well, contesting shots and getting into passing lanes.

2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='1436462' first='Kaden' last='Van Regenmorter'] (Western Christian)

Van Regenmorter was his usual dominant self, stuffing the stat sheet and controlling the game on both ends of the floor against GVC. The 6-4 wing finished with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, and a block. He has a tremendous feel for the game and knows how to get to his spots seemingly whenever he wants.

2026 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2413578' first='Dylan' last='Bosma'] (Unity Christian)

A tough, athletic guard who can score from all three levels, Bosma did everything he could to keep Unity alive against West Lyon, scoring 20 points with 4 rebounds, 3 steals, and an assist. He's at his best when he's putting pressure on the defense and playing downhill, but he has really improved as a 3-point shooting threat over the last year, knocking down shots off the dribble and the catch with regularity.

2025 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1759936' first='Carson' last='Hoogeveen'] (West Lyon)

The lead guard for the Wildcats, Hoogeveen has a knack for knocking down big shots, and he did it again in their semifinal win over Unity Christian, hitting a huge stepback 3 from well beyond the high school line, late in the shot clock, to help seal the win. He's a smooth operator on the offensive end who plays fast, yet under control.

2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2397981' first='Michael' last='Boyd'] (Gladbrook-Reinbeck)

The 6-5 big man was really good in his final high school game, scoring 18 points on 6-11 shooting, with 9 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal. A mobile forward who can space the floor, control the glass, and finish around the bucket, he was a big reason that Gladbrook-Reinbeck gave Marquette such a test.

2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='1759939' first='Spencer' last='Roeder'] (Marquette Catholic)

Roeder continued his strong week of play with another solid game against Gladbrook-Reinbeck, scoring 21 points on 8-15 shooting with 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks, and a steal. Versatility is the name of his game on both ends of the floor, and that was on full display against the Rebels.

2025 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2511527' first='Eli' last='Scott'] (Marquette Catholic)

A 5-11 lead guard who does a great job pushing the pace for the Defenders, Scott had 14 points on 7-12 shooting with 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals in their semifinal win over Gladbrook-Reinbeck. He sees the floor well, is a good ball-handler, and flies all over the floor on the defensive end.

2026 PF [player_tooltip player_id='1907683' first='Hunter' last='Horn'] (St. Edmond)

A versatile scorer, Horn bounced back from a quiet quarterfinal with a big game against Madrid, scoring 23 points on 9-19 shooting, including going 3-6 from the arc. At 6-4/6-5, he can take defenders inside and score with good footwork and touch, or he can step out and stretch the floor.

2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1174816' first='Toryn' last='Severson'] (Madrid)

Severson is the only player this week who has been able to connect from NBA range with any regularity, and he did so consistently against St. Edmond to help lift Madrid into the 1A championship game. The senior wing finished with a tournament-high 32 points on 11-22 shooting (6-10 3P, 4-6 FT), 4 rebounds, a block, and a steal.
