We released our updated Class of 2028 Prospect Rankings on Monday evening. This update featured our first shot at ranking the Top 25 prospects in the class, over 50 new names, and the growth of our database to nearly 350 names in the current freshman class. As always, here at Prep Hoops Indiana, we don't just release rankings and forget about them. We strive to always dive deeper than that. Throughout this week we will be highlighting each of the Top 25 prospects, going over some of the new names added to the Watch List, and taking a closer look at some of the highest upside prospects that narrowly missed the cut in our initial Top 25. Let's take a closer look at prospects 15-11.

A three-sport star at Beech Grove High School, basketball could end up being his third best sport in terms of collegiate prospectus. However, that doesn't mean he isn't a very intriguing basketball player. The 6'6" freshman forward has made an instant impact for the Hornets averaging 11.0 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.

The Sefton name has stuck around the Fort Wayne area for some time now and Drake is next in line. He is a very athletic guard with good size already and is one of the more advanced defenders in the class. The 6'3" guard is averaging 5.0 points and 4.5 rebounds per game for a Blackhawk Christian team that will compete for a Class 3A state championship.

Clark made an immediate statement at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase back in the fall as one of the top prospects in the class. Then, he played his way into a larger and larger role at Hamilton Southeastern throughout the season. Now starting some games for the Royals, the 6'3" guard is averaging 4.4 points and 2.3 rebounds per game at the Class 4A level.

If you are looking for one of the best pure shooters in Indiana's Class of 2028 look no further than West Lafayette High School. Vogt really burst onto the scene back during the Metro Indy Fall League where he more than held his own while playing with and against some of the top players in the state. Now, the 6'4" freshman is having an excellent season and continues to shoot the lights out.

One of the more dynamic playmakers in the freshman class, Voltz has stepped right into the lineup at Decatur Central and been highly productive. He leads the Hawks in scoring at 12.6 points per game while also dishing out 2.2 assists and collecting 1.6 steals per game.
