<p>This underclassmen matchup will be fun to watch as both players have sparked their teams throughout the season. Young is a sharpshooting guard prospect who can hot get hot from distance in a hurry. Perna has shown the ability to play on and off the ball as he can find his teammates in the open court and moves well to create shots for himself. They are both solid defenders and have had big games over the course of the season. Perna and Young are primed for big games as both players look to help their team advance in the state tournament.</p>

<p>This matchup will be one of intrigue as both players will impact the game in different ways. Joseph has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finishes strong around the rim. The Penn State football commit plays with composure on the ball as he rarely gets sped up by on-ball pressure and can find his teammates in the halfcourt. Guzzardo makes plays in the halfcourt and sets his feet before he shoots. This backcourt matchup will be fun to watch as both guards look to help their teams advance in the state tournament.</p>

<p>Dixon and Jeffers-Viera have both had big seasons as they have made impacts on both the wing and on the interior. The former attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the rim and can make layups through contact. Jeffers-Viera uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and rises up with confidence on his jumper. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Dixon and Jeffers-Viera will battle it out on the perimeter as these CVC teams look to make it to to Central Jersey Group 4 semifinals.</p>

<p>Polanco and Johnson might not matchup against each other often, but it will be a fun matchup to watch whenever they do matchup. Johnson is a sharpshooting guard prospect who can get hot from distance in a hurry with a smooth release on his jumper. Polanco uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and has a good touch in the mid-range. They both uses their quick hands to get deflections on defense and can find their open teammates in the halfcourt. Polanco has run the show effectively for the Rams and will need to continue it against Johnson and Elizabeth as the Minutemen look to repeat as state champions.</p>

<p>Whitney and Adams have both had strong senior seasons and they will be looking to have a big impact during the state quarterfinals. Adams has shown the ability to play inside and out as he can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc and also score in the paint. Whitney uses his size to see over his defender and rises up nicely on his jumper. They both have the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and move well without the ball in their hands. Whitney is fresh off a 26-point performance in the first round of the state tournament and will be looking for a similar performance in the quarterfinals.</p>
