He showed that he can operate in transition and had a few emphatic finishes above the rim. He has rangy limbs which allow him to cover ground freely. Thompson finished with a game high 22 points. He got to the charity stripe on several occasions. One thing he needs to improve on is becoming more consistent from the three point line he gives off being a taker not a maker from behind the arc. He was a catalyst for Knoch's comeback effort. He uses his strength to muscle to different spots on the floor. He showed his precise vision of the floor and found open teammates effortlessly. I would like to see Bauman play off two feet more when on the attack and use a jump-stop. Bauman could improve on finishing through traffic around the bucket.
