He continues to bolster his stock throughout the spring and has turned in several strong performances during the early phases of the grassroots season. His ability to be a deadeye shooter from the perimeter is clearly his calling card, and any team in need of floor spacing and shot-making should have him high on their list. Bauman is also effective at filling the lane in transition, where he frequently gets rewarded with easy scoring opportunities at the rim. He should be a focal point for Moon heading into the upcoming high school season, and his consistent play is likely to draw plenty of attention from area small-college programs.

Bauman keeps improving as time goes on. He is always a threat to make shots from behind the arc and connected on a few today. He also always seemed to be in the right spots to make winning plays. He makes the right plays and stuffs the stat sheet. Bauman has nice touch around the bucket at capitalized often on scoring chances. The biggest question mark for him is what is his true position.

Bauman does a little bit of everything throughout the game. He is a viable plug and play option at the guard spot. Bauman did a nice job finding teammates for scoring chances of their own with his passing. He also found scoring chances off his own. His squirreliness allows him to wiggle to different spots on the attack. He also got to the foul line. Bauman also found ways to rebound. He plays with an assertive motor.
