On a team with a 2026 and 2027 core, Holt has stepped in to Colonel Crawford and immediately established himself as a leader and the engine of their offense. Everything runs through Holt in the half-court as he's the guy creating shots off the dribble for himself and drawing help-side defense so his teammates can get an open look. Against a swarming Maumee Valley Country Day defense Holt had five assists but also had a handful of hockey assists as well. The eight turnovers were concerning but with how much Holt had the ball in his hands, I could live with a few of his giveaways. With sudden change of pace and direction, Holt is tough to keep in front and had some tough shots off the bounce. Holt also had 10 defensive rebounds, ending possessions with a stop and went to the foul line for 16 free throws, two stats that flat out win you games in March.

Payne and John DeGray combined for 13 offensive rebounds and 26 total rebounds in the win. The duo were physical and got Colonel Crawford tons of extra looks at the rim. [player_tooltip player_id='2800788' first='Payne' last='DeGray'] is a strong force in the paint as the football standout is a tough cover on the low block when he has the ball or is crashing the offensive glass. DeGray had the strength for a couple and-1 finishes on the block and second chance points. Valuable high school big next to a high volume guard like Holt.

Stokes did everything he could to keep his team alive after they went down by 11 in the fourth quarter. After that point Stokes connected back-to-back 3-pointers after the defense went under ball screens and attacked the rim going hard with his right hand and not stopped on the ball to score at the rim. A quick guard, Stokes applied rim pressure off the dribble and plays tough on ball defense. Stokes had four steals and his pickpocket steal that led to a layup in the first quarter gave Maumee Valley their biggest lead of the game in the first quarter.

One of the best scoring guards in northwest Ohio's 2026 class, Priddy has had some monster scoring games this season and put the team on his back on Tuesday with a monster second half scoring effort. With multiple drives on the wing with soft touch layups and floaters. Also a knockdown shooter on the perimeter, Priddy knocked down a handful of set shots from the outside. His efficency was impressive as he finished 9/17 from the floor and had 25 points. A strong framed guard, Priddy plays physical on both ends of the court. That strength will translate to the college level where I expect Priddy's recruitment to take a spike this summer.

I've been really impressed with the consistent improvements Creager has made over the past 12 months, making significant leaps since I first watched him. More confident on the ball as a creator and taking a leap as an athlete, I'm very high on Creager's long term upside. Reid's older brother Lincoln set the Patrick Henry all time scoring record in his final game, passing their aunt in the process. Look for Reid to debut in our 2027 rankings when they are next updated later this month!
