[player_tooltip player_id='2635516' first='Jaden' last='Williams'] goes from 10th to 9th in the 2027 rankings. He was a difference maker on both sides of the ball for Shadow Ridge this season. On offense, he can create his own shot, get to the rim, and knock down 3-pointers. He is also able to facilitate good looks for others due to the attention he tends to draw. On defense, he is full go and comes up with steals often. As he's quicker than his opponents anticipate and he also has a long wingspan.

[player_tooltip player_id='2642334' first='Jalen' last='Parker'] claims the #14 spot in the new rankings. He displayed his perimeter shooting all season long, and ended up hitting 59 triples. Parker also dropped 21 points on two occasions (against Mojave and Silverado). In addition to his outside shooting, Parker contributed by competing for rebounds and found his teammates for open looks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2240785' first='Kenny' last='Williams'] was the point guard for the Basic Wolves this season. He was a standout performer multiple times and I noticed that he was usually one of the quicker players on the court. Williams used said quickness to get to the rim, and set up jump shots. On the defensive end, he had a ton of deflections and averaged just under 2 steals per game.

I really liked what I saw from [player_tooltip player_id='2672487' first='Lamarcus' last='Carter'] these past few months. He improved as a shooter and scorer, averaging 10.6 PPG which was good for third on the team. In one of his games that I watched, he connected on 4-pointers. Carter's defense must also be mentioned, as he applies good on ball pressure. Which allows him to create turnovers and come up with steals.

Cordet Espinoza is up 2 spots in the rankings after I solid sophomore campaign. He generated offense by draining shots from beyond the arc and by driving to the rack. On defense, he leveraged his length to keep his guy in front of him. Espinoza was also able to collect steals fairly often, and had 1.4 a game. Look for him to make some noise this spring/summer.
