Not much went right for the Blazers in their blowout loss to Monticello last week, but Kluesner and the next player on this list were bright spots. A 5-11 freshman guard who looks to attack the rim off the dribble, Kluesner was extremely active on both ends of the floor in his minutes. He had 9 points on 4-8 shooting (1-3 3P) with a rebound and a steal.

Wegmann has gone through a significant growth spurt over the last year and his added size has come with more strength, which he is using effectively to get to the rim for finishes. As mentioned with Kluesner, not much went well for Beckman against the buzzsaw Panthers, but Wegmann flashed some strong moments throughout and he has been excellent in his sophomore year. He had 13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals, and a block against Monticello.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419783' first='Sam' last='Church'] (Muscatine)

Church is an impressive athlete on the wing at 6-4 who has been a big part of a very successful Muskies team this season, and he was really good once again on both ends of the floor against Davenport Central, scoring 10 points on 4-5 shooting (2-3 3P) with 5 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and 2 blocks. He uses his length and athleticism to his advantage on both ends of the floor.

2027 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2420792' first='Emerson' last='Kreinbrink'] (Northeast)

Kreinbrink is undersized as a 6-1 big man, but that doesn't prevent him from being an effective interior weapon on a nightly basis. Against a bigger Central DeWitt team, he was once again efficient around the rim, scoring 12 points on 6-10 shooting with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. He finishes through contact around the rim with either hand and plays really hard on every possession.

2028 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2523908' first='Jaxen' last='Christiansen'] (Northeast)

Christiansen (pictured) has been a revelation as a freshman for the Rebels, showing the ability to score from all three levels and play with or without the ball in his hands. He had 16 points on 6-16 shooting (3-11 3P, 1-1 FT) with 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals against Central DeWitt.
