<p>With the state tournaments looming and teams securing their spots for a chance to win a state title, I took a look into each district within each class to see who's headed to the state tournaments.</p>

<p>In the play-in game, 8th seed Cleveland beat 9th seed Sultan by a score of 57-48 to advance. Sultan's season would end.</p>

<p>The bracket now turns into double elimination. 1 seed Foster beat 8th seed Cleveland, 88-43. Cleveland would go to the loser out section of the bracket. 2 seed Nathan Hale would beat 7th seed Evergreen (Seattle), 77-67 . Evergreen (Seattle) would go to the loser out section of the bracket. 3 seed Renton would barely beat 6th seed Chief Sealth, 69-68. Cheif Sealth would go to the loser out section of the bracket. 4 seed Lindbergh beat 5th seed Cedarcrest, 67-36. Cedarcrest would go to the loser out section of the bracket.</p>

<p>In the semi-final part of the bracket, 1 seed Foster played 4th seed Lindbergh. Foster would win, 56-49 to advance. Lindbergh would go to the loser out section of the bracket. 2 seed Nathan Hale played 3rd seed Renton. Renton would win, 66-58. Nathan Hale would go to the loser out section of the bracket. </p>

<p>In the loser out section of the bracket, 5 seed Cedarcrest played 8 seed Cleveland. Cedarcrest would win, 89-33 to advance. [player_tooltip player_id='1984477' first='Murphy' last='Vliem'] has been playing great for Cedarcrest. Cleveland would see their season end. 6th seed Cheif Sealth played 7th seed Evergreen (Seattle). Chief Sealth would win, 70-48 to advance while Evergreen (Seattle) would see their season end.</p>

<p>In the 2A District 2 championship game, Foster played Renton. Both teams would advance to state regardless. Foster would claim the district championship by winning a close game, 61-60. [player_tooltip player_id='1451032' first='Jeremiah' last='White'] has been dominating on both ends for the Bulldogs. </p>

<p>In the loser out section of the bracket, Lindbergh would play Chief Sealth. Lindbergh would win, 73-50 which would end Cheif Sealth's season. In the other loser out game, Nathan Hale beat Cedarcrest, 85-74 to advance and end Cedarcrest's season. [player_tooltip player_id='1631549' first='Shale' last='Smith'], a senior for Nathan Hale, has been stepping up when his team needs and facilitating the offense well.</p>

<p>With one more spot left in this district for a place in the 2A state tournament, Nathan Hale took on Lindbergh. It was a hard fought game but Lindbergh would win, 55-40 to advance with Nathan Hale would have their season end. </p>
